00:00Gemini 3.0 has dropped, and it's genuinely changing Instagram and the social media content world
00:04It's now easier than ever to grow
00:07I've been testing it, and today I'm going to show you exactly how to use it
00:11Live breakdowns, real examples, no fluff
00:16[music] Let's go
00:18Okay, so the first thing we're going to do is head over to Gemini
00:20So, you want to be on Gemini Pro, and you can see I've got two reels right here, okay, from a while ago
00:27Now, the first thing we're going to do is grab one of our videos, and I'm going to just drop it into Gemini, and I'm about to blow your mind
00:38One of the reasons that most Instagram content fails isn't because the content is necessarily bad, it's because the first few seconds are bad, and it's difficult for us to actually sometimes understand why
00:52There's so much, you know, kind of information out there telling us, you know, use visual hooks, use negative hooks, but for our specific content, it's difficult for us to understand why
01:02And Gemini is literally changing that for us
01:04So, I've put my video in here and I'm going to get, I basically want Gemini to help me improve the hook on this video
01:11So, I'm going to put this prompt right here, and I will share everything at the end of the video, and I'll also share how you can actually prepare Gemini to understand exactly what you want before you even post a prompt like this
01:23And I'm just going to paste it so you can see, analyze the first 0 to 3 seconds of the
01:26rule
01:29Break down exactly why it stops or fails to stop the scroll
01:32You know, people are scrolling, boom, boom, boom
01:36It needs to capture their attention in one, two, three seconds
01:40So, I'm going to just submit
01:42I'm going to grab the reel so you can actually watch the first three seconds
01:45I don't think he actually ever posted this one
01:50"And everyone singers and everyone sing." Okay, so those are the first three seconds there
01:59I don't know what you think
02:00Although this is pretty old, this one
02:02Um, but essentially right here and right now, you can see that it's actually thinking, and you can just press that and see what it's thinking of
02:08But, you know, for us as content creators to get feedback, you know, often we have to pay a coach, we have to pay someone, we have to ask a bunch of questions or ask our friends, family when they're not the experts and they don't really know
02:19So, you can see Gemini's already responded
02:23The analysis: So, the text fades in, the text fades in much too slowly
02:32By the time the viewer realizes the sentences, "What if jealousy was a currency?" 2.5 seconds have passed
02:35Okay? In the current algorithm, you have roughly 0.88 seconds to grab attention
02:44You are using a clip from The Godfather, "The Meeting of the Five Families." The visual carries heavy semantic baggage
02:51It signals mafia, crime, or business strategy
02:52Your hook is about jealousy and emotion
02:54Disconnects the viewer
02:57Okay? You know, and you can see here
02:59the fix
03:02Rewrite the hook
03:04Visual hook ideas, or from me simply uploading the video and asking a simple prompt
03:07I could go back to my editor and make the changes
03:12I could then go, or myself, go to the editing software, make the changes, all in a matter of minutes
03:17I've got this feedback for me to improve my content, which is going to deliver better results, all using Gemini Pro 3.0, which has changed everything
03:28And this is just a start
03:30I'm about to show you multiple different ways where we're going to take this even further
03:33Okay, so this is probably one of the most mind-blowing use cases right now
03:37Okay, so I found this video here that I've, that's in my saved from a long time ago on this account, and you can see here it's 428,000
03:45likes
03:48Okay, now what I've done is I've downloaded it, and you can just use Google, you know, find a downloader, copy the link, etc
03:54And I've gone into Gemini and I've put the link here
03:57Now, this is, you know, being able to analyze competitors' content is unreal, okay? Because especially content that's gone viral, and especially if you're kind of new to Instagram or you're struggling, you know, you're not getting the followers you want, because we want actual information
04:16So, you can see here, "Analyze this competitor reel as if you are my content strategist
04:20Tell me what this creator does better than me, their hook, etc., etc." And you know what? I could actually, so, you know what? I could actually put right here
04:29Yeah
04:37Okay, I was going to put my video as well and then actually say, you know, this one's my, the 24-second one is a viral one, the other one is my one, but we won't do that today
04:46But you could do something like that as well because that kind of got me thinking
04:49But this is super important because once we get this information, you know, we can start to identify real reasons why things perform well
04:59You know, 'cause I think often when a lot of advice on Instagram growth and stuff is just recreate, you know, someone else's content, but you know, as a beginner or as someone potentially who does not have too much experience on Instagram, you know, you're not actually learning much by doing that
05:15But if we're able to do that plus start to understand, okay, you know what? When you start to create your own content or start to make tweaks in your own content, you can remember things
05:24So the first thing is, what this creator does, the vibe check
05:27Atmosphere beats perfection
05:30They don't use their face
05:32Okay, fine
05:34Audio dominance
05:38[music] Okay
05:42One of the amazing things of Gemini is that it can now really digest audio properly, which means that when it's digesting reels, it's digesting a full package
05:46It's understanding a full package, audio, visuals, etc., which is super important
05:54Retention engineering, you know, we're going to discuss that shortly
05:56Hook formula, again, it's discussing why their hook potentially works
06:01The day you have to bury your Father, that's when it hits you, okay? So it's, it's, it's giving us all of this information, and from there, I can take certain aspects and give it to my editor, give it to myself if I'm creating new content, if I'm coming up with ideas, just from a simple prompt like that
06:19Putting the video, I'm getting a ton of information that's going to make my life so much easier and allow me to, as a creator, improve, which is the number one thing if you want to grow on Instagram because growth doesn't just fall from the sky
06:34One of the hardest things about being a content creator on social media is idea generation
06:39It's hard, but Gemini can take it to a whole new level
06:47So, here I'm on Gemini, and I've added three res
06:49Okay, these are just random reels, kind of, you know, that we've explored earlier in the video, but we're actually going to get ideas from these three reels
06:58You'd potentially grab competitor reels like, you know, you could do five, 10 competitor reels that have performed really well, or your own reels that have performed really well
07:08Okay, so I'm going to grab this right here
07:11Uh, okay, here we go
07:13Yeah
07:15So, put a prompt in like this
07:18So, based on these reels, generate 30 viral content ideas for my niche
07:22So, I'm just going to make that 10, but you could obviously do however many you want
07:25Split them into training formats, storytelling ideas, relatable ideas, POV ideas, etc
07:32Again, this depends on your niche, you know, like, you know, if You're not in the storytelling niche, then you could change that to something, you know, in terms of the formatting of your style of content
07:43So, let's just see what happens with that
07:45You know, this is a game changer
07:47And if you want me to make a video about, you know, uh, idea generation using AI, you know, more in-depth, please let me know in the comments, 'cause I do personally think this is a massive topic
07:57And, you know, if you're able to build a good system for this, you can actually kind of automate this and not spend too long, like, you know, having to figure things out, because trust me, this is going to save you so much time and just make the whole process easier
08:11'Cause one of the key things about social media is consistency
08:14And Where does consistency come from? It comes from, you know, your ideas, ideas into real life
08:18So at the moment, it's expanding narrative framework
08:23So I'm excited to see what it actually comes up with for this
08:25This one is slightly off-topic
08:28So these two are a bit more relatable
08:30So let's actually see
08:31So based on the analysis of the three uploads, your niche is dark psych phil, philosophical storytelling/cinematic motivation
08:40So it's giving me like the key characteristics of my kind of, um, niche, and then it's giving me 10 viral content ideas based on these
08:50So you can see it's also analyzing kind of the audio, deep calm narrative voiceovers
08:53So category one, trending formats, the what-if scenario, the regret meter
08:58So what if? You could see the weight of the words people left unsaid
09:01Okay, wow
09:04So remember this one was about like jealousy
09:06Boom
09:08It's created something based off of that
09:10So, you know, it gives me like the actual kind of why it goes viral
09:16It visualizes an invisible emotional burden
09:18It triggers the fear of regret in the viewer
09:19The NPC battery life
09:21That sounds interesting
09:23Most people aren't living
09:24But boom
09:25And then, okay
09:26So, it's giving me in categories
09:28Okay
09:30So, category one, two
09:32Wow
09:34Yeah
09:36So, you know, from there, I could then create content, you know, whether it was a carousel or in this case, Reels, etc
09:38All in a matter of seconds, I've been able to get all of this information
09:43You know, if again, it depends on what you feed it and the prompting, etc
09:47But idea generation again is changed forever and is changing
09:52And if you want me to make a video about it, let me know
09:54There are certain things on social media or Instagram that can feel like a chore, and captions is one of them
10:00But captions are also super underrated and can directly contribute to growth without question
10:07You know, they can help to increase saves, they create shares, and they help with SEO, okay? Which means, you know, the algorithm will understand more about your content and who to show it to
10:19So I've put my video right here, and this is where Gemini is literally, again, changing the game
10:22I've put my video here, and from this video, I can get a caption
10:28So I'm going to grab a prompt right here
10:31Again, this is always will be [music] at the end
10:33So you can see, write a high-performing Instagram caption for this video designed to increase growth, make it SEO optimized for Instagram search, emotional enough to drive saves, etc., etc
10:38And I will press submit
10:43You know, captions also give context
10:48Not everyone reads captions, it's true
10:51But the people that do, they might be more loyal followers
10:55They might be on the verge of buying something from your account
10:57So doing captions this way, you know, makes them more optimized, is going to save you a ton of time, and it's just a smart decision
11:07So let's see what's coming up
11:10So currently examining
11:14Now, another thing is it's not just Reels that kind of Gemini is really good at working with
11:17So I'm on this page, which is a kind of random or the page that I actually got the previous viral reel from, and I'm going to grab this one
11:27[music] So, let's say you're doing a carousel or a single graphic
11:28I'm just going to screenshot this, but you'd probably already have it saved
11:32You would put it into here, and you could literally with the same prompt, just put it in there
11:38But let's just quickly see what's kind of, um, it's created
11:39Okay, so imagine a world
11:45What if we, we could see how jealous, how jealous you really are
11:47Imagine a world, blah, blah, blah
11:50Boom
11:52And it's, it's given me the full kind of caption
11:54If I wanted to make it shorter, if I wanted to give it different context, it'd be as simple as saying it
11:59It's even given me, like, a so that I could put the handle
12:02Interesting
12:05Okay
12:07So, the next one is fixing your reel or optimizing it to the max
12:11Okay
12:15Now, we've fixed hooks, we've looked at other things, but one of the most important things is, okay, someone's passed your hook test
12:19[music] So, you know, they've passed the three seconds, then you have a whole X amount of time
12:23So, for this particular video, it's another like 57 seconds
12:25But, you know, there could be a moment in this video where people just suddenly stop watching, similar to a YouTube video, similar to anything
12:35I hope it's not that moment now
12:36Um, but yeah, so, you know, it's a drop-off moment
12:39And the longer someone watches the video, the more the algorithm is going to like the video and show it to more people
12:47So, to, you know, have reels that perform well, retention, which is what it's called, is super important
12:54You know, and now with Gemini, this is going to really help us, okay? Because before we've even posted, as we're editing, as we're analyzing, we can kind of figure out if there's any parts where there might be a drop off
13:10Or if you notice that, you know, on Instagram, there's always kind of it tells you when people are dropping
13:13If it's always at 16 seconds, okay, around this time, I need to make sure it's impactful
13:16So, let's jump
13:19Let me put this to the side
13:22Let me grab a prompt
13:26So, what we want to do is analyze the reel
13:29Okay
13:31So, for this one, I'm going to go slightly different
13:34So, analyze, analyze this reel
13:38You are a senior Instagram strategist and video editor
13:40Tell me
13:43So, let's actually just do it
13:45Um, okay
13:48So, tell me the exact second where most viewers would lose interest
13:50What causes the drop off? Too slow, confusing, unclear, etc
13:52What shots are visually weak and why? Which text is hard to read? What to cut, shorten, or speed up? What visuals to add to make it the reel clear? To add, um, how to improve lighting, etc
14:07So, you know, you can ask it, kind of obviously, if you are doing a storytelling video and your videos are shorter, personal brand, whatever, you want to kind of put elements that matter to you
14:17Um, so let's see
14:21Okay, so here's a breakdown of your reel from the Perspective, perspective is a super important thing
14:27Obviously, for some of the prompts in this video, I've kept them kind of short and simple
14:30And if you want me to go more into prompting, although in the description of this video, I will share some prompting strategies to help improve your prompting
14:37So the drop-off analysis, the exact damn 0 seconds
14:42I mean, not 0 seconds, 6 seconds
14:45That's pretty low
14:47Okay, I really need that, especially on a video like, you know, that's 1 minute long
14:49So 6 seconds
14:51I need it to be every choice
14:55I need it to be way later than this
14:57Like if it had said to me, oh, it's at 27 seconds, I would have been like, you know, the video is pretty good
15:01I'm not going to fix it
15:03If it's at 6
15:06seconds, then that's a concern for me because, you know, that's 6% retention and I need far higher than that
15:09So, you know, let's have a look
15:11So, the text says you reach a point where it appears you have 3 seconds to 6 seconds to retain
15:18The video takes 8 seconds to finish the first sentence
15:20Okay
15:22Wow
15:24It's, it's schooling me
15:26This is an old video as well, super old, but, you know, you know, you know
15:28Okay, so the voiceover sounds like it's slowed down to 80%
15:32Wow
15:36Okay, so, you know, the audio kind of being able to digest audio is super important as well, but you can see, you know, it's giving me tons of stuff
15:40You know, editing fixes, audio fixes, you know, weak shots
15:43You know, if I was doing that with AI, I could just quickly grab a new image
15:50So, so useful, you know, for creating content that is, you know, actually optimized to the max
15:55You know, I'm going to, I could go through all of this
15:59I'm not going to go through it now, but you can see how much information it's able to, you know, provide you here
16:05There's tied to 25 seconds
16:11So, it's actually suggesting that I, you know, go for a 25, that I can condense this into a 25-second video, which, without a question, would actually perform way better, I think
16:18Um, so yeah, let me know what you think about that
16:21Um, let's move to the next section
16:24You can have Reels that get thousands or millions of views, but if no one's following you, what's the point? You need to make sure that your bio and your profile is optimized to the max
16:28Let me show you
16:33So, we're about to jump on this profile right here
16:37So, you can see bright motivate
16:39Now, we're going to use Gemini to literally change the game for us
16:44So, I'm going to screenshot a few things
16:46What you want to do is screenshot your profile
16:47So, probably easier to actually do this on desktop
16:52And then I want you to actually screenshot some of the kind of context of your profile
16:56So, you know, so you can actually see some of the kind of visuals from it
17:01So, I'll do one more like this, like that
17:08And then what you want to do is basically I'm going to give you a prompt right now
17:13Most people at this point, it might be you would be like, you know, rewrite my bio or rewrite this
17:22No, what I want you to do is ask is pretend that Gemini is your target audience
17:28So, in this case, pretend you are a 25-year-old stranger in my niche visiting this Instagram profile for the first time
17:35And this will give you a whole different kind of layer of context
17:38In the first 3 seconds, what do you think? Do you trust me? Etc., etc
17:41So, I'm going to press submit
17:44And this is going to really, really help us to see any areas that we need to improve
17:48Okay? You know, at the end of the day, if I was a business or trying to make more sales or wanted more followers, obviously I could change the context of this
17:58Okay? But in this case, you know, we want followers
17:59We want to understand how people are interacting or understanding our, you know, profile
18:06So, Let's see what Gemini comes up with
18:09Okay, so here is the honest, unfiltered feedback you asked for
18:11What do you think? You run a hustle culture, dark psychology theme page
18:16You create and curate motivational clips, like movie scenes, etc
18:19Do you trust me? 50/50
18:22Okay, so let's see why your follower count is 50.5K plus and post count is 300 plus
18:25Shows you are consistent and not a bot
18:28The visuals are high quality
18:30Why I hesitate? You categorize yourself as a motivational speaker, but there is no face
18:36This looks like a repost theme page
18:40Feels like I trust you for entertainment, but I don't know if I trust you as an authority figure
18:44Yeah, so this is a massive, massive thing, which I often speak to about faceless pages, you know, not setting
18:50enough authority, you know, by doing what everyone else does, etc
18:52You know, and then it gives you more information
18:57But from this, I can digest and start to take action
18:59You know, for example, if I wanted to improve this, I could communicate with Gemini, okay, how can we actually kind of, you know, figure this out? I want to remain faceless, but let's take this to the next step
19:11Again, it's giving me some information for how I could rewrite my bio
19:15You can see here there are some mistakes
19:17This should be in the name
19:18I wouldn't be promoting YouTube
19:20Like these two potentially are quite basic
19:24So, there's a lot to do here
19:28And you can see here from just a simple kind of that prompt, "Master your mind, master your reality, turning darkness." into fuel
19:32Suddenly, it's a much more, um, you know, unique bio
19:36Obviously, then you could go a bit harder into the bio, you know, start giving it your own ideas
19:40But I think just from this, it's already giving more substance to the page
19:45It is giving you an opportunity to be unique, so people remember you, so they're going to follow you
19:51Meet me at the next section
19:53This is a quick revamp
19:56Most people don't grow because they don't know who they're making content for
19:58And that's why we're jumping into the audience avatar builder, which is probably one of the most, if not the most important part of this whole video
20:10Okay, so we're going to build our audience
20:15Okay, and to do this, we can do this in a few simple kind of ways
20:20I'm going to use This account again, which is a random account, um, to build this
20:26So, I'm going to just grab this avatar right here
20:31Or no, grab this, um, prompt
20:34So, you see, I'm, I'm uploading screenshots of my Instagram grid and my top three performing posts based on the visual aesthetic and the captions visible
20:41Include all of this stuff
20:47Now, something that's important to remember here is, I'm going to do this off very minimal information, okay? Simply from going here and putting it here
20:54If I was to upload my best performing reels, if I was to upload more information and give it even my own understanding of my audience, the results would be way better
21:08But let's just try this in a simple way because if you're just struggling to even answer
21:12Some of these yourself, then you know there's obviously needs to, um, you know, you need help
21:21Um, and it's important as well, also to just kind of identify what the AI sees that you might not be able to see
21:27Because you might say, you know, like if I analyze this page quickly, you know, it's for, I don't know, 25 to 35 year old males, it seems, or maybe slightly younger, but you know, around that age, I would say, is the ideal
21:44Um, but let's see what it comes up with, because, you know, this is super important, because then, and the next part, the follow-up, um, part of this particular section is even more important than this audience avatar
21:58This is kind of just a simple, um, way that I'm demonstrating this to you, but okay, so based on the screenshots of the account, which is a mixture of high-contrast motivational quotes, etc
22:03Yes
22:08Okay
22:12The aspiring, it's calling me Alex
22:14That's not me
22:17The aspiring architect
22:20So, 25 to 32 years old
22:24I mean, um, but yeah, roughly, I could tell as well that it would kind of come up with that
22:28But, you know, you can see the goals, financial freedom, status and respect, accumulation of wisdom, fears, etc., etc
22:35From this, I can start to build and like create this profile of this person, you know
22:40From this, it is giving me buying triggers
22:43So he will buy courses, ebooks, mentorships, etc., etc
22:47And you can start to build like an actual business around this person
22:49And then, you know, when you're creating content, you can double-check if it, you know, for example, if I create a carousel, I can, you know, literally grab the carousel, go like this, you know
23:01So, obviously, I wouldn't screenshot it
23:03I would just put the carousel in and say, "Do you think that this targets Alex?" And yeah, and then, you know, you'll get feedback
23:16So, every time you have an idea, or you have, you know, like, for example, you want to take something from a competitor, you can run it through here and see if it's actually a good idea and a good fit for kind of what you're trying to do
23:26So, let's see
23:31Okay, so it does
23:35In China, wives can no longer claim their husband's property after divorce
23:39Okay, it validates the fear of being played, appeals to wealth protection
23:41Okay
23:43Fair enough
23:45So, there you go
23:47That's simply how to build an audience avatar just based on content, just using Gemini
23:51The next section is where we're going to take this all to the next level
23:55Okay, I've saved the best until last, and this one brings everything together
23:59If we're able to incorporate this and do this, everything else we've done in this video is going to be so, so much better
24:06Now, the first thing we're going to do, and essentially, this is context prompting
24:10Okay, so let me grab this prompt, and you will see what I mean
24:16So essentially, we want, if we're able to give context, so information to any prompt that we give to Gemini in the future for anything that we're doing, especially everything I've shown you
24:27information like who you are, your niche, your audience, your tone, your style, your goals, posting frequency, editing style, pain points you have, then it's going to know so much more about you
24:41And this isn't something that I want you to like fill out, you know, right now, but it's something that you could put in your notes, that you could put on a word document and start filling it out by yourself and then give it to the AI to help you, uh, kind of develop
24:55Okay, so this is kind of more of an individual task for yourself
24:57But something you can do as well is bonus
