00:00So, in today's video, we are talking about 35 different ways that you can use n8n in your daily life
00:03Now, we're going to be spending about a minute on each use case
00:07I'll be showing you examples as well
00:09And if you like anything, I'm going to link down below in the description to videos showing you how you can build each one of these with free blueprints so that you can get it up and running in just a few minutes
00:20 In this video, we're going to cover a broad range of topics
00:23We'll start with general productivity, then move into sales, after which we'll transition into career and freelancing, then social media, marketing, AI, SaaS, and recruitment
00:33Customer service and miscellaneous
00:36With that being said, let's dive into this right now
00:40The first use case that could save you probably 15 to 30 minutes every single day is automating your entire Gmail
00:45So, for example, all of your emails are conveniently categorized into the correct folders, and of course, you can draft replies, delete messages, and perform all that kind of stuff
00:56 This works by that when you receive an email in Gmail, you can use AI over here to categorize it into one of the following categories, like Promotions, Social, Personal, Sales, Recruitment, and so on
01:08Now, on top of keeping things nice and organized, as you can see by all these tags right here, we can also act..
01:14Upon those messages as well
01:17So, here are a couple of things that I really like to do
01:19If I'm getting promotional emails from e-commerce companies that somehow collected my email address about seven years ago, I'm just going to delete those messages or whatever, right? You can also automatically create drafts if you want to, or you could even send emails back automatically
01:33Now, when I receive accounting emails, specifically those that contain invoices, I’ll actually strip the invoice off and then forward it to my accountant, who can then upload it into QuickBooks
01:44Those are just a few examples of how you could automate your entire Gmail
01:49This saves me probably, I want to say, at least 15 minutes
01:50Probably more like 30 minutes every single day
01:52Now, the next automation that I want to talk about here is automatically organizing your Google Drive
01:57Now, this looks really scary, but it's actually very simple
02:01How this works is that anytime you upload a document into your Google Drive, it's going to automatically categorize that into whichever folders you have here
02:09So, if you're like me and you created a Google Drive account like 20 years ago, it's kind of scary going through this and just seeing all of the different files that you never even knew existed and somehow ended up in your Google Drive account
02:22But with an automation like this, you can automatically just organize them into the..
02:25Correct folder
02:28So maybe like accounting, recruitment, school for my community, or YouTube, or whatever the case may be
02:33Essentially, how this works is a file will come in, and then it'll go down one of many paths
02:38It'll just define what it is
02:40This could be a PDF, Google Slides, Google Sheets, or whatever
02:42We could deal with audio files or video files, and so on and so forth
02:46All these paths are the same; we're just defining what it is, and then we are going to analyze that file
02:54So we could analyze an audio message, a video, or a PDF document
02:56We're just extracting what's actually going on, and then we go ahead and move it into the correct folder
03:01We can even..
03:07Rename these files as well so that they come out in the correct place with the correct name, so that we can easily locate them
03:12Now, the next thing that I want to talk about is how we can use something like Google Sheets to create custom web applications
03:18This sounds pretty crazy, but hear me out here
03:22And this is probably the one I use more often than anything else inside n8n, where we can dump data from within n8n into our Google Sheet here
03:28So, for example, let's say we have leads coming in
03:32Okay? Maybe we have a website where people inquire on our site
03:34They fill out a form down here
03:37Okay? And when they do, maybe that form is submitted, and we dump that into a Google Sheet just like this
03:40Okay? So that's one part
03:44We can store all of our data automatically inside n8n
03:47So instead of having to manually type in every person's name, email, and phone number, which is obviously really tedious, this process can be automated
03:55But the coolest part about this is actually this second workflow here, where anytime you change anything on this particular Google Sheet for any reason, we can trigger some sort of action
04:07For example, if I want to check off the box to send an invoice to this contact, we could automatically start this workflow
04:14We could follow one path, like sending an email, or maybe sending an invoice, or taking another action
04:21We can have as many options as we want, and we could literally automatically send an..
04:24Invoice to that person in just one click of a button
04:27So, automatically, by just clicking this button right there, we could start this workflow that goes down a certain path, which then generates a full-blown invoice or contract or whatever, and sends that over to a person
04:40So, that's how you can turn Google Sheets into a full-blown web application
04:43Again, use it all the time
04:45The next thing is automatically styling and generating Google Docs
04:49Now, this is an absolute game changer if you're using Google Docs all the time, but essentially, in a workflow like this, we could automatically generate full-blown Google documents that are completely styled with headers, underlined text
05:00We have Different colors here
05:02We can add in images
05:04We can also have bold text, line breaks
05:07Let's see what else we can add in, like background colors and change the color of the text over here
05:12We can have full-blown styled tables
05:17All of this kind of stuff can be automatically generated using n8n and a simple workflow like this
05:22The real magic is this AI node right here, which is essentially just going about styling the whole thing
05:25So, you can come in here, add your whole styling rubric, and then it will just follow your guidelines every single time and create polished documents that represent or reflect your brand
05:29Now, on to the next automation here
05:34We're talking about web scraping
05:38Now, web scraping
05:40Is one of those things which could literally take hours to do manually, but only takes a couple of seconds or a few minutes when done automatically
05:47And so, let's say, for example, you needed to extract some information, maybe it's from Google Maps or one of the thousands of other websites that you could do this on
05:58If you had to do this manually, you'd have to go into every single listing, pull out all the information
06:05You'll notice that these don't have emails on them, so you might have to visit the website, open it up, get the email, and then repeat this process a thousand times, which could easily take eight hours
06:13Now, inversely, a workflow like this can automate that process in literally, I..
06:17No kidding, 2 minutes
06:20Like, this is so incredibly fast
06:23And also, we're automating boring stuff that you probably hate doing anyway
06:26So, we're using a platform called Appify
06:27And what Appify does is it web scrapes from over 7,000 different websites
06:29Some of these you're pretty familiar with — TikTok, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, literally all the major websites
06:38And what we're doing here is we're just dumping that into our Google Spreadsheet right here
06:41So, in this instance, what we could do is find high-quality social media ideas, right? So instead of you combing through social media every single day, you could have a web scraper like this that literally runs at some cadence, scrapes data, and..
06:55Then it dumps it straight into the Google Sheet here, maybe even rates it so that you only have the top 1% of ideas coming in, ensuring you absolutely fall in love with the ideas presented to you daily when you wake up
07:00Cool
07:04Now, moving on
07:09The next two are about how we can connect something like Notion AI into ChatGPT or into Claude
07:13And so, with this next workflow, what's going on here is we can create a custom GPT
07:21Keep in mind, you do need a paid plan on ChatGPT to do this, but what we can do is automatically sync our messages so that as soon as we send something from ChatGPT, it is received inside Notion AI, and then we can hook it up to whatever we want it to be connected to
07:36So there's access
07:38to over 500 different applications that we can connect to, and thousands more via the HTTP request right over here
07:44So, two examples could be that once we upload an invoice just like this, we could literally strip out all of these line items and send that straight into a Google spreadsheet, just like this
07:56We could also hook it up to an AI agent and give it access to our calendar so it can start booking events for us automatically, straight through ChatGPT
08:03And those are just a couple of the literally endless possibilities
08:07Very similarly, we can also do the same thing with Claude
08:12Now, in this instance, what we're doing is connecting it through MCP, which stands for Model Context Provider
08:17Protocol
08:22And so, essentially, this can have a two-way sync communication as well, where we can both send data to Claude via the MCP client over here
08:28So, we can receive data inside Claude, but we can also send data from Claude into the MCP client trigger
08:31For example, I could just ask here, "Create a calendar event for me for coffee tomorrow at 12:30," and it could go ahead and create that calendar event for me directly by connecting Claude to Notion, which gives it access to whatever tool I need to use
08:39Cool
08:47And so, one of the most popular use cases inside n8n is dealing with PDFs, images, and documents automatically
08:55So, here's an example
08:58Let's say you have a..
09:02Invoice just like this
09:06Now, I can't imagine many more boring things to do than going through invoices all day, pulling out information, and then putting it into a Google Spreadsheet
09:10We've all been there before, where we need to get information and pull it out line by line, and it's just tedious
09:17It's like literally pulling out teeth, except I think pulling out teeth might be a little bit more enjoyable
09:21And so, this works by having multiple different triggers
09:23Maybe we're sending messages through Telegram, or we're receiving emails, or whatever the case may be
09:30We can get a document from multiple sources and connect that into an AI agent, which then..
09:33Process these documents
09:36Now, these could be images, or they could also be PDFs
09:39It really doesn't matter
09:41You know, we can work with a lot of different data types, and then we can automatically pull this information, abstract it, and put it right into a Google Sheet, just like we did before
09:50And this is great because all those documents that you were doing manually can now be done automatically moving forward
09:55Cool
10:01Now, moving on, another incredibly popular use case is generating a personal AI agent assistant for you, which can take care of all the tasks you need to do
10:06Now, imagine having a virtual employee where you set up once how you want it to conduct certain behaviors
10:14For example, maybe calling people, dealing with your Google Calendar, your Gmail, or your social media posting, or whatever the case may be
10:21And then, once you train it once, it just does that over and over again whenever you ask it to
10:24So, for instance, you could message via Telegram here saying, "Hey, I want you to go ahead and create a calendar event for tomorrow at 12:30 for coffee." I could go ahead and do that
10:35You could also say, "Hey, create me a draft email to send to someone, asking about following up with them because they inquired about booking an appointment with their company." That's another thing that you could do
10:46And so, the options are endless, but you can keep adding as many..
10:49Different tasks on here, and then this could go ahead and do those tasks for you
10:51Sweet
10:53And so, the next thing that I want to talk about here is project management
10:56This is a really, really important workflow as well
10:59So, let's say you're working on projects, it could be just yourself, or it could also be with a team
11:02And with a system like this, you could automatically go ahead and create as many different tasks inside something like ClickUp
11:10ClickUp is a platform that allows you to do project management
11:13And so, you could easily put all of your tasks together
11:18A great use case would be when you close a deal with a client and you have to fulfill that deal; you could write down every single task, and you'd assign it to each team member
11:27The person on your team with deadlines, with notes on what needs to be done
11:30And the coolest part about this is not only can you create the tasks, but you can also customize these tasks as well
11:38So, if you're sending data from your CRM, maybe you have a bunch of information about that client, and you can customize the entire project from within ClickUp as well
11:45Now, moving past this, the last thing in general productivity that I'd like to cover is notifications, which is a game changer
11:50So, let's say you deal a lot with Slack, and this could be many different tools or whatever
11:58It doesn't have to be Slack, but this is just the one I use for my team
12:02Essentially, anytime you want to notify yourself or Somebody else on your team that they need to do something
12:07Not only could you create a project management task like in ClickUp, but you could also send a message off to somebody
12:14So, this is kind of a simple example [laughter] of a notification because I just asked, "Hey, test bot one, what a creative name, eh? Uh, can you tell me a joke?" And it went ahead and said, "I'd be happy to tell you a joke, but I don't see anything that the user said to me that it was based on
12:28Here's a quick joke about the situation
12:29Um, why did the comedian stare at a blank page? Because they were waiting for somebody to give them material." Oh man, we're just going to move on to the next section here, which is [laughter] um, career and freelancing
12:41[Music] So, if you guys are out there, you're looking for a job or you’re seeking additional freelancing work, here are two workflows that will really help speed up your time to find paying customers or a job
12:53The first one is finding jobs on platforms like Indeed
12:56Think about it this way: we've all heard the news articles saying that person X spends a year applying to 500 or 600 jobs
13:06Imagine if, instead of going through the excruciating process of applying to all these jobs, you could just log into your computer once a day into a list where all the jobs are pre-vetted for you
13:17You can see a rating of how similar each job is to your preferences, and the cover letter could be..
13:24Generated as well, we're pulling all data from all the jobs like the salary, the city, and all that kind of stuff, and we're pulling it in from places like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and the other 10 or 20 job aggregate boards out there
13:39So, we can literally just pull it in, and then every single morning, all you have to do is just disqualify the jobs that are not applicable to you
13:47And this is great because, a lot of the times when you're applying to jobs in general, it's just wasted reading through really dry, really incredibly boring listings
13:55I don't know how they make it so freaking boring
13:57If anyone has an answer for me how job listings can be so incredibly dry and boring, please let me know
14:03But anyway, this will bypass a lot of that because now all of a sudden you only have to read through the jobs that actually excite you or are similar to what you want to apply for in the first place
14:12It'll generate the cover letters, and then you can go off to the races, click the link, and apply to that particular job
14:16Now, beyond this, you could also create a similar workflow that automatically pulls jobs from Upwork
14:21So, if you're into freelancing—for example, in the automation space—at any given time, there are literally 4,000 people looking for AI automation
14:31I wish I could zoom in a bit more there because this is so important
14:34There are literally 4,000 people looking for AI automation
14:38At any given time, and we could just scroll for days through this
14:40You'd never be able to apply to this many jobs or even apply to this many jobs in a given time before this all refreshes and there's another 4,000 people
14:48But anyway, every single day, what this will do is it will web scrape all of these listings off of here and dump them into a particular Google Sheet
14:56Very similarly, it will create the cover letter and also go ahead and filter them out and score them so that you only focus your time on the jobs that actually matter, so that you can, you know, not waste your time on things you probably don't care about doing, like going through all of these very boring job postings, verifying you're human every
15:17Single two seconds, and then, uh, you know, going through the whole process
15:19Obviously, this sucks
15:20I wouldn't like to do it
15:22I'm sure you wouldn't like to do it
15:24And this is a way that you can automate most of that
15:25Now, moving on to the next category, here we have sales, and this is how you can make money, hopefully, using tools like n8n or automation tools in general
15:32So the first one is how you can take a sales call
15:38So, let's say you're talking to somebody called Agnes
15:40I'm just going to use the name Agnes here
15:42And you're on a passionate sales call with Agnes, and you're filling out all the details
15:47Agnes, tell me what your problem is
15:48She's like, hey, I need help with SEO
15:50You're like, great, I have the perfect solution
15:51We're going to build a blog generator for you, where you input all the details, like this is going to cost Agnes a total of $5,000, but Agnes—because of your name—we're going to give you a 10% discount
16:02All this kind of stuff, right? You just throw it together, and then all of a sudden, you can trigger, when you submit this workflow down here—this particular automation—which is going to generate a proposal for you that you can send off to Agnes
16:16Now, the cool thing about this is it's a two-in-one document; you can both use this as a contract and also as an invoice
16:19You can generate very dynamic pricing tables
16:24You can even add optional upsells here, which, as just a side note, this made me..
16:2910% more topline revenue just by adding additional products because you miss 100% of the shots you don't take
16:34So, if you just put products in front of your customers, chances are they're going to buy more of whatever you're selling
16:39So, this is a great alternative as well
16:41And this is the kind of stuff that you can generate using Pandas and n8n
16:44Sweet
16:47So, the next automation that I want to talk about inside n8n is voice AI calling using a platform called Vapy
16:50Now, a couple of things to keep in mind: this is outbound and inbound calls
16:53So, you can call people, but you can also receive calls from people
16:57So, this could be like a receptionist system where somebody calls you and you answer the call, routing them to..
17:02The right place, or you get them the right information
17:03You could also do outbound calling as well
17:04Just keep in mind the ethical considerations of outbound calling using voice AI
17:07But another practical use case is, let's say, somebody inquires on your website
17:11Okay, so they're interested in your services
17:13Like, for example, maybe somebody comes to me, they apply or inquire about voice or they inquire about AI automation
17:19They fill out the form, and then that could trigger a setting call, which is an AI setting call, to qualify the person, making sure they are a good fit for our company and that our company is the right fit for them
17:32Then, once we go ahead and ensure that the person is qualified, in real time, this AI agent or..
17:38Voice AI can connect into n8n, okay, and it can have access to my calendar so it could book a closing call between me and that person on my calendar in real time while talking to the person
17:49Then we could have that scheduled right on this calendar, which I think is really cool
17:54Now, the next workflow I want to talk about is a speed-to-lead workflow
17:56So, imagine this: somebody is interested in your services and they fill out a form on your website inquiring about those services
18:02What this workflow will do is automatically call that client in literally 15 seconds
18:09>> John, >> so how this works is it will call me as a sales rep first
18:19I press any key on the keypad, and then once I do that, it will call the lead
18:21And if..
18:23They pick up, we'll be on a call together within 15 seconds or less
18:26And why this matters is because if you call within 1 minute, you can increase your conversion rate by 391%
18:34This isn't my stat; this is a stat that you can find widely accessible online
18:37And there's very few things that can get you four times the amount of money in literally 5 minutes
18:42This happens to be the only thing that I know of, and I think it's one of the most powerful automations that you could possibly build inside an end
18:48Okay, cool
18:54Moving past that, the next automation that I want to talk about is very similar to the previous one, but in this instance, what's going on is we are automatically scoring leads as they come through
18:59So let's say for..
19:01You have an example where you have a form like this, and you ask people, "Hey, what's your monthly revenue? What's your budget?" and all this kind of stuff
19:08You could actually take that information using AI
19:10You could process some kind of scoring system where you assign points—for example, one point if the lead has a budget over $5,000, one point if they are in the service industry, and so on
19:23You can then score that particular lead on a one-to-five point basis and disqualify people who are not the ideal candidates for you, so that you only focus your time on calling people who are the right candidates or the right leads for yourself
19:35Now, moving past this, the next workflow that I want to talk about here is..
19:40Automating appointments
19:45So, one of the coolest things about n8n is that you could, for instance, send out your calendar automatically to people
19:49Let's say when they fill out that form to book a call and maybe they don’t pick up the phone, you could automatically send out a calendar invitation like this
19:59Okay? And when somebody goes ahead and books a date and a time, you can automatically send out notifications to that person leading up to the event, the calendar meeting
20:08So, it could be the moment they book, a day before their booking, 30 minutes before the booking, maybe you send a text message
20:15And the cool thing is you can do this for them, but you can also do it for YouTube, because, let’s be honest, like a lot of the..
20:20Sometimes clients don’t show up, but sometimes you might not show up either
20:23You might have something that comes up or you might forget about the appointment
20:26And this is just a good way to get you on a call with someone else
20:27Now, taking it one step further, not every single person you book a call with will show up
20:34Sometimes people might no-show or cancel
20:36And so, in these emails, you can include a link to reschedule or cancel the appointment
20:42I would rather have people cancel than no-show because if they cancel, I can rebook that time with someone else who could potentially close the deal
20:51And so, what can happen is you can have two additional workflows here, if they..
20:54Reschedule
20:57You enter them right back in to send notifications for the call
21:00And if they cancel, you can send them notifications saying, "Hey, I heard you canceled
21:04It would be great to reschedule for a later time." The reason why this matters is because not everyone who cancels isn't interested
21:11Most people, I would say, are not interested, but there is a small number of people who, you know, life just got in the way, and they would like to jump on a call
21:19That can result in a sale
21:21And so, unless you follow up and work with them to close the deal, it's otherwise lost
21:25This is a great way to bring them back in so that you can later go ahead and close them
21:28Now, the next two..
21:31And last, the workflows inside sales are when somebody goes ahead and signs and pays
21:35So, when somebody signs that document you send over to them, you could automatically send follow-up messages saying, "Hey, I saw that you signed, but you didn't go ahead and pay." This is really important because if you're in a business where cash flow is essential, you don't want people signing and then deciding to pay six or twelve months later
21:55Like, that's the worst thing that can happen
21:59And nobody likes chasing down a client and being like, "Hey, you know, it's been ten years now
22:04My hair has turned gray, and you know, I'm not the same person anymore, but I was wondering if you could pay." You know, you could, you could pay me for the services that you agreed to pay me for
22:13And obviously, you want to avoid that
22:15An automated system like this will ensure that as soon as somebody goes ahead and signs that agreement, you'll follow up with them and get them to pay
22:22And then, once they go ahead and fill out their credit card information via something like PayPal or whatever platform you're using, you can automate that process as well and incorporate it into your onboarding procedure
22:32First of all, you can thank them, saying, "Hey, thanks so much for paying
22:35Really excited to work with you." You can also automate the process of QuickBooks and bookkeeping, automatically creating invoices and records
22:40Onboarding like a pro, like project management systems for them
22:44There's an endless amount of possibilities
22:46Now, moving past this, I want to go into social media as the next category
22:50And so, with a system like this, what's going on here is we can automatically generate social media posts, just like this LinkedIn post here, which got 11,380 impressions, or this one that got 8,000 impressions, or 11,000 impressions
23:04Keep in mind, this is on a brand new LinkedIn account with not that many subscribers
23:08So, how this works is two parts: you can either generate the content, and once you're ready to publish it, then you go ahead and post it
23:16So, you can generate the captions, and the reason I segment this into two is..
23:19Because maybe you want some quality control so you don't just put out stuff that doesn't represent you well or you're not proud of, right? And so, you can take a second look at it, make sure you're happy, and then once you are, you can click this post, and this will segment it into two paths
23:33It'll generate the content, like the captions, and once you go ahead and post, it'll follow the second path and post it to the social media platforms you want to use
23:40With this, you can generate content like this in just a few minutes
23:43 Now, the next thing you can do is generate AI video content using tools like VO3 or Sora 2
23:48So, how [clears throat] something like this works is that you automatically can generate videos
23:53Like this
23:54Do you think anyone's watching us? Or something like this as well
24:05Keep in mind, donut store looks suspiciously like a gym, or something like that too
24:13Just keep in mind that the text is not always perfect
24:14But this is only going to improve over time, and obviously the voice is not the exact same as Homer
24:20It was weird the first time I watched this because that looks exactly like Homer, except the voice—nothing like him
24:24Anyway, that's another option
24:27Now, another cool thing we can do besides just videos is generate images
24:31And the coolest part about this is not only can we generate images, but we can also merge those images together with a workflow like this
24:34So, let's say..
24:37You're in product photography for Lush
24:40And no, I'm not affiliated with or representing Lush in any way whatsoever
24:44Um, but let's say you have soap like this, and then you have this Lush body wash, and you want to merge these together
24:50Instead of going over to a designer or whatever to, you know, build this out for you, you can use artificial intelligence to merge these into a nice little gift basket down here
25:00And you can see that it does pretty well with the text
25:02Same here, and same here
25:05The only thing it didn't do well on is this part, where that is complete 100% gibberish
25:07But to be fair, like, it's trying to pull it from here, and I can't read that
25:15And also, at least—this [laughter]—is a bit clearer gibberish
25:18And this is like nonsense that is completely unclear
25:22Anyway, moving past this, the last thing I want to talk about in our content category here is faceless YouTube videos
25:29So, this is primarily Shorts, but essentially, with a long, complicated workflow like this, which is available for free in the blueprints in the description, we can generate videos like this
25:41>> Three remote jobs for 2025
25:44One, AI prompt engineer, craft perfect prompts for businesses
25:46Two, virtual reality designer
25:50And so, that's kind of the video
25:53You'll see a couple of things
25:56There are captions down here, which, to be fair, I didn't do the best job placing
26:00I should have removed the text up
26:04Here as well, because it kind of overlapped and didn't look the best
26:06And so that's just 100% on me, not on the prompt
26:08You can add background music, voiceovers, or motion pictures, and create really cool content using an automation like this
26:14Cool
26:19Now, moving past this, the next category I want to talk about is marketing
26:25We can create a marketing agent team that can handle multiple tasks, such as creating videos, images, blog posts, and more
26:32So let's go through a list of what it can generate
26:37First of all, it can generate picture ads
26:39It could generate videos
26:40[music] >> Experience unforgettable flavors at the Rusty Oak
26:43Steakhouse
26:46>> Okay, cool
26:49And then it can generate other, you know, images like this or like that
26:55It can even edit images
26:57So, we have the ice cream and then we're changing the color, but everything else is kind of staying intact
27:01Uh, really cool stuff
27:03Now, the next thing that I want to talk about here is AI agent web scraping, which essentially allows you to control one AI agent to scrape multiple different locations—Google Maps, Yellow Pages, Apollo, Instagram, TikTok— and then dump that data into a Google Spreadsheet just like this
27:18So, we're using Amplify here, and there are just so many different platforms that we can scrape data from, like Google, TikTok, Twitter, or um, what else? Instagram, or the list goes on
27:28And on and on
27:32Facebook or LinkedIn, every major platform you're using, you can likely scrape data from using Ampify
27:38And you can also get started for free
27:40You can get all of those results here
27:42You can enter that data into many different workflows, such as, for example, a cold LinkedIn outreach system, which can take the lead list you just generated from Ampify, and then automatically send DMs to people on LinkedIn with a workflow like this
27:58Okay? So, we can send out messages—first, connecting with people
28:00Once they connect, we could send them follow-up messages and so on and so forth to sell our products or services
28:08We can also cold email people as well
28:09So, once we have that list of people, we can..
28:13Insert into something like instantly, which is a cold email system, and send out campaigns just like this—hey [first name], personalization [music]—and then we can have our copy here
28:24Of course, we can split test multiple variations to find the winning formula
28:28And this is how you could send emails automatically using n8n as a tool
28:31The next thing we could do is generate blog posts and then publish those blog posts on social media
28:38So, one path is for generating the blog posts
28:40Another path is for publishing those blog posts on social media to gain traction
28:45So, this is kind of what that blog post can look like
28:47You can not only generate the entire blog post, but you can style it using artificial intelligence
28:54Intelligence up top here
29:01You can generate AI images that look pretty good, and you can also do all types of SEO optimization as well, like for example, the meta title, description, alt tags, everything that you want to do in order to optimize this
29:07You could figure out how to do this with a blueprint like this inside n8n
29:12Now, when I was doing SEO using AI, I was able to get up to 1,500 clicks every single day
29:21When I started this journey, I was only getting about 10 clicks on my website every day
29:25And keep in mind, what I'm showing you here is just one website that I was doing this for; we actually had three websites doing this at the same time
29:34This was for my past business
29:36Now, moving on to the next category
29:38Here, we have AI SaaS, which allows you to create full-blown web applications using AI and then connect them into platforms like n8n to supercharge the backend and integrate with whatever it is you need
29:49So, here's an example
29:51I have a website called SiteSleuth or Sleuth, I'm not quite sure which one it is
29:58But anyway, we can input our URL down below here
30:00So, I just pasted in my website, and it's going to go ahead and give me all different ways to optimize for SEO
30:07It's going to provide a list of multiple pages that we can review, including word count, total links, unoptimized images, and so on
30:12So, we could easily spin up a web application like this in 20 or 30 minutes, and then we can connect it
30:20Into n8n in the backend, which will allow us to do that SEO audit and then send the results back here to be displayed
30:30At no point in human history were you able to use artificial intelligence to generate websites until like a couple of years ago
30:36This is absolutely insane
30:39When I was learning software engineering, it took me so long
30:42It would have taken me a lot of time to generate an app like this, which can now be generated almost instantly
30:44Cool
30:46Moving on
30:48We can also use this for something like Lovable as well
30:50So, this is another example of AI apps where, instead of using Firebase, which we were using before with Google, we're using Lovable, which is another popular AI SaaS platform
31:01And so, in this example, What's going on is we're just asking the user to enter or create social media content, so they could plug in things like their interest, industry, company name, or website, or whatever
31:12Generate the media, and it's going to generate the post and the image
31:15Obviously, this is probably not the most appealing image in the world and probably not the most appealing social media post in the world, but in like 5 to 10 minutes, if you just optimize this, I'm sure it could be substantially better
31:28Okay, moving forward, we have recruitment as the next category, just one use case in this area where we can automatically pull applicants from listings on Indeed
31:40So let's say you post a job here, people apply to that
31:43We can..
31:46Automatically pull those people, and then we can add them into a Google Sheet
31:49You see all these checkboxes here; this is the life cycle journey of someone going through the application process at your company
31:55They might start off with questions
31:57You might have a form that they fill out, and once you receive that form, you might want to approve the questions—for example, what salary do you want? How long do you want to work here? All those generic questions help qualify the person to ensure you don't proceed to an interview without confirming you actually want to talk to the candidate
32:16Then, once you approve it, you can click the checkbox
32:17There's a screening portion where you ask them
32:21To, I don't know, like prove their skills
32:23If they're a photo editor, edit 20 photos for me
32:25If you're a scriptwriter, write a script for me
32:27All that kind of stuff
32:28And then you approve the work to make sure they're qualified for the job
32:31And once the test is complete, maybe you schedule interviews, you hire them
32:34All of this can be automated
32:36All the information can be posted in this Google Sheet here
32:40The next thing is customer service
32:42Of course, we can also use n8n for customer service
32:44In this instance, we can add a chatbot to our website, where customers can message us
32:52This chatbot could handle frequently asked questions and also help us
32:57With tasks like generating invoices, for example, so that we can send off entire documents to people in a matter of seconds
33:06We could also use a RAG, which stands for Retrieval Augmented Generation system, to automatically reply to customers
33:11So, let's say somebody is messaging us in our CRM and they're asking questions about our business
33:17We can automatically generate responses back to their questions
33:20For every question they ask, we will have an answer for them
33:25And how RAG systems work is you can think about it like a brain, where you train this AI brain on everything about your company, and it remembers everything that you feed it
33:35It could be all your contracts, invoices, messages
33:37Everything, whatever it is you've entered in there, it will remember it and be able to reply to customers based on the data you provide
33:43So, it's like a really intelligent version of yourself, replying to customers on your behalf
33:48And the last thing I want to talk about here, which falls into the miscellaneous category, is that you can create an AI clone of yourself to respond back to you
33:55For instance, in this particular workflow, we have an AI agent where we're messaging it through Telegram
33:59As soon as it generates a response, instead of a text reply, it produces a voice response that sounds exactly like us
34:07We can clone ourselves using 11 Labs, and then reply back to ourselves like..
34:12We're literally hiring ourselves to do work for us
34:16Here's what it sounds like: a resilient neighborhood rises together hand in hand after every storm
34:21>> It's always kind of eerie just hearing yourself talk back to you like that
34:25But anyway, guys, that's it for this video
34:27Thank you so much for watching
34:29I hope you found value in it
34:31If you did, make sure to hit that subscribe button down below, and also take a look at my Skool community, where there are three major outcomes
34:34First of all, the first outcome is teaching you these skills like n8n and others that you can apply to your life to save time and earn more money
34:41The second transformation here is for those of you looking to create an automation agency
34:47I'll Help you find, close, and fulfill clients in 30 days or less
34:51And then the last transformation is for those of you who are looking to automate your existing business
34:54With mine, I scaled it to seven figures, automated up to 80% of it, and I'm going to give you the exact plug-and-play blueprints to allow you to do hopefully the same thing
35:03So, thanks, guys, so much for watching
35:05I hope you have a lovely day, and I'll see you in the next video
35:06Thanks, and bye-bye.
