00:00While Tesla's earnings deck was received with fanfare, [music] the actual earnings call turned off a lot of investors
00:04Today we'll re-listen to some of the big statements Elon Musk made about the most important topics, Cybertruck, FSD, and robotaxi
00:10Tesla announced the Cybertruck has started production
00:15It is on track for volume production this year
00:16They also confirmed that once in production, they expect the Cybertruck to replace the existing Model Y fleet and will be the largest volume vehicle in the fleet over time
00:26Tesla had good news about full self-driving saying that more subscriptions and increased usage with 29 million miles driven per day, double what it was just a couple months ago
00:37Most importantly, Elon confirmed FSD version 15 will run on AI for cars and that version will hopefully be here by the end of this year
00:45For robotaxi, he said expects to see it operating in a dozen or so states by the end of the year
00:49And crucially, it's not about safety anymore
00:51It's about operations
00:53The big debate though was whether the rollout of robotaxi to go wider scale has been delayed or whether Elon was referring to global scale of unsupervised FSD
01:02We'll discuss that today with Brian White
01:04He's one of our only true Tesla journalist
01:06Check out his YouTube channel Futurism for exclusive underground factory tours and interviews
01:12Welcome, Brian
01:13>> Great to be here
01:13What a busy week it's been
01:16I'm so glad you crushed it on the earnings call today
01:18I know that takes a lot out of you, so thank you for your doing that for us
01:23>> Yeah, we're recording this late at night after the earnings call still fresh in our minds
01:27I got together a bunch of the clips and we want to listen directly, re-listen to what Elon said because that's one of the complaints people have is when I heard it, I heard something slightly different than what other people heard and uh people are pretty negative about the earnings call itself
01:45But uh here's some of the facts
01:45Uh they did announce yesterday that the uh Cybertruck production starts at Giga Texas
01:52Here's a photo uh that they shared
01:54Cybertruck is in production
01:58Uh he also said, so let's get started with this uh before we actually No, go ahead
02:03I'm going to go ahead and play Let's talk Cybertruck first, and then we'll get to uh Robo Taxi
02:08>> We have just started production of Cybertruck and will begin production of our Semi Truck soon
02:15Now, I should say whenever you have a new product with with a completely new supply chain, new everything, it's always a stretched-out S-curve, so you should expect that initial production of Cybertruck and Semi will be very slow, but then ramping up and going kind of exponential towards the end of the year and certainly next year
02:36And in fact, we'll be ramping up production of all vehicles and all factories to the best of our ability through the balance of this year
02:43>> Okay
02:43So, what was your thoughts on what you heard there, Brian? >> Well, what I'm thinking is that makes sense
02:49All of that makes sense
02:51Cybertruck has entered production, but uh even though they don't require very many batteries
02:55They could the batteries are not the bottleneck, the production is not the bottleneck
03:01We want it to be done safely
03:01He's going to address that more, I'm sure, later in your comments, but in case he's not, uh that's something they want to address very slowly and carefully, and I am absolutely at peace with that
03:13Uh with Semi, we don't know what the bottleneck is
03:15Right now, the bottleneck is hasn't started production
03:17They've got some of the pieces of the puzzle remaining, uh but once they do, they can't just open the floodgates the way they did with Model 3 or Model Y when production began in Shanghai
03:29Those were floodgates
03:31But those were vehicles they knew how to make, and they had all of the pieces they needed or knew where to get them
03:38In the early days, it was not much local as a manufacturing for the parts, and they quickly localized all of it
03:46They did it very well
03:46Tom Zhu is uh a a real wizard when it comes to putting pieces together like that in Shanghai
03:53So, what we've got is uh yes, there will be a slow ramp on the semi
03:56It is validated as far as I can tell
03:58It has enough road miles that they are confident they are ready to go with this
04:05But, each one takes, you know, 10, 12 cars worth of batteries
04:08So, uh getting enough batteries uh out of the 4680 line could be a remaining challenge
04:16Uh but, there are uh plenty of customers waiting to get this
04:19It is at the prices we have seen them uh committing them, the cheapest electric semi, half as cheap as some of the others, and uh not quite half, maybe 40% off uh the rest
04:33It's a heck of a bargain
04:35It'll move
04:37>> And this was actually the words that they used in the actual um deck itself
04:42They said this, uh Cybertruck, Semi, Tesla Semi, and Megapack 3 are on schedule for volume production starting in 2026, this year
04:52First generation production lines for Optimus are being installed in anticipation of volume production
04:55So, that's good
04:57And then, in terms of Cybertruck, this was a kind of a a great confirmation that once in production, we expect the Cybertruck will begin to replace the existing Model Y fleet and will be the largest vehicle in the fleet over time
05:14So, that was very good to hear that, right? So, that is So, one of the big debates we'll talk about today is whether or not Robotaxi was delayed or not
05:21We'll listen to what he Elon actually said, but if the Cybertruck's on production, if it's going to replace the Model Y fleet, you're going to have hundreds, if not a thousand, unsupervised Robotaxis by the end of this year
05:36>> E- even when they start the ramp, when it's painfully slow to us, it will still be outselling a number of its competitors
05:43That's another thing to look at
05:45You'll sometimes see, "Oh, Ford had a great month with this unit or or take your pick of the competitors and you go, yeah, but that's like 3 days of Model Y
05:54I don't know how excited I'm supposed to get
05:57The cyber cabin, the semi are the two biggest vehicles Tesla's ever made, one by units, the other by sheer volume, just by the mass of it
06:07It's big
06:07So, this is exciting to me
06:10>> He also confirmed then he a few times that the cyber cab is the future
06:1490% of all of our vehicles will be cyber cabs and everything will be pretty well autonomous
06:19The only vehicle that wouldn't would be drivable is the roadster as he said eventually
06:26>> And >> Double down
06:26>> He's been saying that for a while, but it's becoming clearer to us
06:28It's becoming clearer to the analysts
06:30Some of the analyst notes we've seen over the past couple weeks have indicated that they're starting to get it
06:38>> Let's talk robo taxi
06:38This is it
06:38It's a big one
06:41[laughter] Elon on what milestones Tesla's targeting for unsupervised FSD and robo taxi expansion beyond Austin this year
06:49Let's listen to what he said
06:50>> Unsupervised FSD or slash robo taxi operating you know, in I don't know
06:58I don't know in our states by the end of this year
07:01Initially, you know, we're taking a very cautious approach to the roll out here
07:03Like we do we haven't had any injuries and certainly no fatalities to date with the unsupervised FSD and robo taxi expansion
07:11We we want to keep it that way
07:14And so, I yeah, I think probably unsupervised FSD or robo taxi revenue will not be super material this year, but I do think it will be material it'll be material probably in a significant way next year
07:30>> Okay, so the next clip is where he there's a there's that debate amongst the Tesla investors, the panel I've had here, what they heard
07:40But before we get to next clip, what did you hear here? He said, first of all, it's all say [snorts] it's safe
07:47We've had no injuries so far
07:47But, he also said it will not be super material this year
07:51But, I don't know
07:51I mean, that's what I understood
07:53I never expected that it was going to be material this year
07:56He's already said that before
07:57And then he said a dozen or so states by the end of this year
08:00So
08:01>> So, what I heard was I mean, I heard the same thing
08:03What I heard is uh no matter how much money we bring in this year, it's not going to offset the costs that we have put into it to build out the infrastructure, the framework, uh the all the costs to date for supervising and insurance and whatnot
08:17A lot of revenue will be required to offset that
08:21We're not going to see the money bomb until next year
08:24And yeah, all of these pieces, as far as I can see, fit together
08:29And in terms of the timeline, uh this is, you know, you and I were at the shareholder meeting
08:35Elon said all those cities, all those states by the end of '25
08:39And I said, um I'll just be happy when they come because that was like no, that was like immediate
08:47That was very, very quickly it would need to happen
08:50Um if we get to the targets that were uh announced for the end of '25, by the end of '26, maybe Q3, I think that would be still be fantastic progress
09:02>> Mhm
09:02Okay, so you you heard what I heard there, too
09:04So, some of that is good
09:04Uh the part that could be negative is uh it won't be materially you know, impactful impacting >> impacting the bottom line until next year
09:16>> [clears throat] >> Uh but again, it's like I don't know
09:18That's what I understood
09:18I didn't say that I hear that as bad news uh per se
09:22So, this is a statement that they had on the deck
09:24They said, "We're excited about Tesla's positioning in 2026 with tailwinds persisting for auto business, our continued progress in FSD supervised, the ramp of robo-taxi, and in progress of Optimus ahead of mass production and the growth of our industry
09:38So, they're very bullish about what will happen 2026
09:43But, I I just wanted to point out that they actually put in the ramp of robot taxi, you know, about what that's going to do
09:51This is a uh table that we've been seeing so far
09:53Safety driver, of course, ramping on supervised unsupervised unsupervised, and these are preparation in the way
09:58So, it looks like that's still the case
10:00So, let's listen in to this clip of Elon and listen to what he says because some people think that it means that robot taxi has been delayed
10:09Let's debate that
10:11>> 14.3 is is last piece of the puzzle for unsupervised FSD
10:14Now, the question is like degrees of safety
10:17Like, how to safety and convenience, I suppose
10:20We have a lot of known improvements, like major architectural improvements that we know would improve the probability of safety significantly
10:31So, I think it's not going to make sense for us to deploy unsupervised FSD or robot taxi large scale when we we know that there are major architectural improvements to the software that can improve safety
10:46So, I think we're we're going to want to finish writing that software, validate it, and release it before going to large scale unsupervised FSD
10:57Depending on what large scale means
10:59>> Okay, so you heard what he said
11:00Depending on what large scale means
11:02Now, if you I just realized this, okay? Listen again to what he said
11:04He was asked the question, is version 14.3, the one that we're all, you know, a lot of people are getting now, is that the last piece of the puzzle? What he said was, no, it is, but it's not
11:14There's going to be another version that we're going to have to create that's going to be known architecture improvement which has much more safety levels
11:23That's the one that we'll need to use for large very large scale
11:24Some people took that statement and said, oh, that means robot taxi is not going going at all until the end of the year
11:31>> Oh
11:31That's crazy talk
11:31That is absolutely crazy talk
11:34I I don't see it that way
11:37I see it as just like anything, there are people who are telling me FSD will never happen, and I'm saying, I have it
11:42I've driven thousands of miles since version 14 with tremendous success
11:49And for anyone who doesn't remember, I was the one who said version 11 was trying to kill me
11:58But version 12 was better, version 13 was better, and version 14 has been close so close to perfect that all I can complain about is sometimes the routing navigation or which end of a Walmart it thinks I need to be dropped off at
12:15>> Right
12:15>> 14.3 is very good
12:1714.2, which I'm on, is you know, so close to so close to a comfort level to go to sleep that it's ridiculous
12:28So, I don't see that
12:32I did want to address a few slides ago you mentioned automotive tailwinds
12:37And I wanted to give a little bit of encouragement to folks saying, well, I don't even know what that means
12:40Is it true? We're at what, 27 days of inventory right now? You know when would be a good time to have 27 days, close to Tesla's all-time high number of days of inventory? When global gas prices go through the roof and people want to buy a car as quick as possible
12:59So, this to me is very good timing for such a terrible disaster globally to be in the right place at the right time with inventory that can help people get back on track, help people people who are needing a car right now anyway, they've got a very easy choice that's going to save them money over the long term in the UK
13:23I I get electric vehicles are already below the cost of petrol alternatives
13:27This can be a no-brainer
13:30Uh so, this is fortunate timing in an unfortunate time
13:35>> Tailwinds for car sales, uh but okay, so robo-taxi he said 12 states, not cities, 12 states
13:44Um he was referring to 14.3 before it go global scale
13:48So, there will be another version
13:50Now, the question is are we talking 14.3 or are we talking about 15? >> Yeah
13:58>> But 15 is a different version
13:59>> just right past 14, but uh 14.3 >> I Yeah
14:04Well, that's Yeah, interesting that uh we he skipped past all the later 14s
14:08It's going to go 14.3 straight to 15
14:12And maybe it will >> say 15 is you know what we need
14:13He just said that, right, we need another version before it goes scale
14:20>> And I don't know what's missing
14:20I can't see behind that curtain
14:25There are people whose job it is to remotely oversee the herd
14:29I don't know what those shepherds are doing
14:32I don't know how involved that job is, but Tesla does
14:37So, they can see what you need
14:40>> He said it's not safety
14:42>> Right
14:42Well, what is the I mean, what is the ratio What is the ratio of drivers to >> Yeah
14:47>> Yeah
14:48>> The infinite loop issue they want to solve
14:49The Sometimes it's a sitting there instead of like the he told the story of the bus that was had an accident with the Waymo sitting on the left lane turning all the Teslas were sitting there not doing anything
15:01They need to have decisions to do something out to get out of that
15:03That's the kind of things
15:06All right, we'll come back to it
15:06Let's talk FSD
15:07Tesla again updated its FSD miles tracker because good news, looks like that FSD has a is being adopted more and people are driving it more
15:16So, Tesla fleet is now driving an average of 28.8 million miles per day on FSD up from 14.4
15:23That's double just a couple months ago
15:26That's a thousand miles every 3 seconds people drive with FSD
15:31CERN put together this incremental FSD take rate now over 50%
15:36Now this is um all car so what I can't remember what what his definition was change in active FSD subscriptions over incremental deliveries
15:47This is in the last quarter
15:50>> Oh, I see
15:50So he's saying that even though they only sold a small number of cars, the jump in subscribers was substantial
15:58>> Yeah
15:58>> And that tracks with my experience
15:58I know a lot of people who are Um and this number by the way excludes free trials
16:06So it's not just that it's a bunch of people on there >> It's paid yeah
16:09>> 30 days of of free
16:09Uh this is huge
16:09The change in subscriptions last month last quarter over this quarter was a 170 thousand to the upside
16:20So that's 16.8 million dollars a month
16:23That's a 50 million a quarter in extra revenue just on the increase not in total
16:29The total and it's harder to calculate because it includes those who paid up front is would be 375 million dollars a quarter in essentially pure margin
16:42It's has no marginal cost
16:45They this is research and development they are conducting anyhow
16:50You can start to see the flywheel of cash begin to spin
16:54>> Yeah
16:54Like you said earlier, you and I are using FSD version 14.2 and some people are 0.3 now and it's so good already and then they're just keep making it better
17:04But we've hit that point where people who try it stay it and they'll use it the whole time
17:12You know
17:12>> Yes
17:13>> More
17:13>> Yes, my drive to California was in excess of 98% and that's because and the only reason it wasn't 100 is because uh it doesn't do drive-throughs and sometimes I need to figure out where I'm going and where I don't know what I want to navigate to
17:30And then of course I got to pick my own parking spot
17:32I'm a human that way
17:34>> Okay, a few more things that they confirmed
17:35Uh they confirmed that FSD version 15 will run on AI 4
17:40He did talk about an AI 4 plus version, but that won't come until next year
17:46So the point is anybody buys a car today has AI 4 and it's good enough to run FSD version 15
17:51We will have which he says will might come by the end of this year
17:56We have a big pipeline of major improvements to FSD that will lead to unsupervised FSD anywhere in the world that is legal to do so
18:01So 15 sounds like that that is unsupervised FSD anywhere in the world
18:06We have FSD 15 hopefully by the end of this year that will be a complete overall overhaul of the software architecture
18:14At that point we're really just increasing the safety level of FSD
18:20>> Can't wait
18:20That's what we need to see
18:22I know a number of buyers who are hesitant to buy because I really want the next AI
18:25Well, we've been told it's been confirmed that AI uh 5 is not going straight to cars
18:31It's going to start with Optimus
18:33It may be quite some time before you get it and more than once we've been told you don't need it
18:38And I know that was said about all the previous hardwares
18:40Uh but when we're this close to the finish line, we can see it
18:45I I do believe that we are uh that we have a sufficient compute in AI 4
18:52>> It's all good news
18:52Okay, so cuz it cuz that's the other concern, right? That oh AI 4 is not good enough for unsupervised
18:57We all have to go and get AI 5
18:59And that's not the case
18:59And that was good news
19:02Okay, let's talk hardware 3
19:02So he did So So like what is he going to what do you call this uh Brian? A sandwich? >> [laughter] >> Bad news, good news, good news
19:12>> Right
19:13>> Yeah
19:13So, the bad news is that hardware 3 can't achieve unsupervised
19:18But, the good news is they're going to offer two things
19:19One is you can get a discounted trade-in for cars that have AI 4
19:23They didn't They didn't say what it is, but they'll say, "Okay, if you want to upgrade to a new car, an AI 4 car, we'll give you a discounted trade-in." And also, offering the ability to upgrade the car's computer and cameras
19:35So, that sounds like if you have a hardware 3 car, they'll say, "Okay, we're going to We're going to go and upgrade your computer, but we also have to do cameras, too." And he said we have to set up microfactories in major metro areas
19:48Let's listen to what he actually said here
19:50>> Now, for for customers that have bought FSD, >> [clears throat] >> what we're offering is essentially a trade-in, like a discounted trade-in for cars that have AI 4 hardware, and and and we'll also be offering the ability to upgrade the car, to replace the computer
20:07And you also need to replace the cameras, unfortunately, to go to hardware 4
20:12So, to do this efficiently, we're we're going to have to set up like kind of microfactories or small factories in major metropolitan areas in order to do it efficiently
20:24If it's cuz if it's done just at at the service center, it's it it is extremely slow to do so and and and inefficient
20:33So, we we basically need like mini production lines to to make the change
20:38And I I do think over time it's going to make sense for us to convert all hardware 3 cars to hardware 4 because that's what enables them to uh enter the robotaxi fleet and have unsupervised FSD
20:52>> Yeah
20:52Uh so, my thoughts on that are uh it's painful, it's unfortunate, but uh deal's a deal
21:01And if you're doing it at a service center, it is going to be a pain
21:03It is going to be cost prohibitive
21:07But, if you can rent a small facility for a month or three or four and do it assembly line style where you're doing the same change over and over, it gets very efficient and it gets very cheap
21:21[clears throat] Uh so, this would be the sort of thing where you know, it could be as low as a few hundred bucks at cost
21:27Uh maybe a thousand if you include the cost of AI 4
21:32But, the hardware chip is years in production
21:36It's probably gotten quite affordable
21:38So, I can see this being cost-effective
21:41Uh and if you didn't purchase a uh FSD, you were only renting it, maybe there's a consideration for how long you've been paying or maybe you get a credit
21:54You know, if you if you uh update the hardware, you get six months of uh you pay for six months of the whatever the cost is, that becomes free FSD for that period of time
22:07There's a bunch of ways you could do it
22:09I don't know what the plan is
22:11I'm not sure they know yet
22:13But, I think this is very encouraging news
22:15What I didn't see that I kind of wanted to see was if you paid for it, you can trade it you can still transfer
22:24Uh that would be >> he said
22:26No, He said that
22:27>> No, he said he said he'll give you a discount on your on your new purchase
22:31>> I guess I assumed that that's what that is
22:33You get a discount
22:33And of course, you can transfer
22:35Yeah
22:37>> I hope so
22:38>> Yeah
22:38He did he did I think before clarify that this is only for people who had bought FSD outright
22:42It wouldn't be for people with my subscription
22:46>> But, he did say I could see everyone doing this, every car getting this
22:49So, I think there would be a path to an affordable upgrade >> Right
22:54A regular even if you did not buy FSD, they still want to turn your car into a robotaxi cuz it's still worth it for them
23:02So, they might just go ahead and say, "Even if you didn't buy it, go ahead and we'll upgrade the cameras." Yeah, yeah, I can I I I can see that
23:09>> Pay Pay us $800, we'll give you the 8 months free FSD, even Stevens, let's go
23:15>> I think the First of all, this sounds really good news
23:16I don't know I I haven't actually talked to anybody to tell me it's bad news, but let's let's walk me through here, okay? So, first um they did say that there will still be FSD version 14 light that will be released
23:29He said June, right? June
23:29So, that's end of June
23:31It's now April, May, June, 2 months from now, all hardware 3 cars will get FSD version 14 light
23:38Um I have one of my my daughter has Tesla Model 3 with this FSD hardware 3
23:43So, she's going to have 14 light
23:43And the way Ashok explained it was that it sounded like it's going to be very basically point-to-point, just like our version 14
23:52It could should do most of it
23:55>> Mhm
23:55>> And then you have this ability to trade in the car to get AI 4, or they'll replace it
24:03So, I sounds to me that they've kept their promise, and it's going to be fine
24:07I mean, obviously people are pissed because it's taking so long, that I get
24:12I agree
24:12It's It's years
24:14>> Absolutely
24:15>> But >> Yeah
24:17>> they're going to do both, you know? >> And I would say 14 light is supervised
24:21That's the difference
24:22Uh if you don't want to go in, if you don't want to hassle with it, uh if you don't want to unsupervised, there are people who say, "I couldn't dream of taking my eyes off the road that long." Great
24:3314 light it is
24:35>> But but So, anyway, my whole point was people who bought the hardware 3 cars, like I did, and I'm going to be able to replace it, going to upgrade it, and it's going to be able to be put into robot taxi
24:45That was the whole point
24:48>> Mhm
24:49>> To make money out of this
24:50>> Mhm
24:50You have been made whole, or will be made whole, and the cost to do so is not prohibitive to a company the size of Tesla
25:00>> If I'm going to make money, yeah, or or I say the cost to Tesla, yeah, they'll have to bite the bullet
25:05Okay, so that was hardware 3 cars, and then he also said this about AI 5 won't go into cars soon because AI 4 will achieve unsupervised FSD
25:15That's the most important thing
25:18Uh at some point it will make sense to switch to AI 5 in the car, but there's not a pressing issue to do so
25:21Okay, that is very good news
25:23So it's just AI 4 alone will hit the safety levels that we want
25:29Um and but you know, at some point you we we are there will be an AI 4 plus, he called it
25:37Uh it's going to have a more RAM
25:38It'll have 16 gig to 32 GB, which means 64 GB with a dual, probably a 10% increase in compute
25:46That will go into production middle of 2027, so sometime next year there'll be an AI 4 plus based on Samsung's ability to create this
25:54>> It's good
25:54>> I mean >> Yeah, that's This confirms a lot of what we knew or thought we knew and fills in the gaps on what we didn't
26:03To me, uh I didn't have an opportunity to listen live
26:06I was at an event uh today at Electric Era Charging
26:08They were rolling out some new stuff
26:10And uh but I uh caught I read the transcript
26:12I watched the I looked at through all the financials
26:19And I didn't hear the tone
26:19So I was not clear >> Yeah
26:23>> on on how it was being interpreted
26:23So I came away with a very bright uh impression of it
26:30I was very pleased with it
26:32So I was not subject to the tone of voice penalty
26:37>> Yeah, make sure
26:37Exactly
26:37Um so that so I asked the question prior to the actual earnings call, the actual call, asked the panel six people, I said, "What is the most important metric, right?" And they all agreed that it's robot taxi roll out
26:54>> Mhm
26:56>> Then after the call, they listened to the tone and they were very upset, almost all of them, that it was negative, it was downer when you know, it was just a bad call
27:05Okay
27:05But I came back and I said, "Well, but what did you hear about robot taxi? As far as I heard, I did not hear that it was delayed
27:14And that's why I wanted to walk with you, you know, clip by clip, to hear 12 say states 14.3 may not go wide, but there's a version after that that will
27:25Now, the question is, did you hear them say that we need to wait till four for 15, which won't come until the end of the year before you go wide? But then I say, "Well, then but they're making cyber cabs and cyber cabs going to replace them all the wise." Well, that's coming out, you know, as hundreds at a time per week for the first month, 200, 500, 1,000
27:45You're going to have thousands of them, so you're not like having to wait till 15 before you going to roll out wide
27:52I think it's all about your definition of scale
27:55>> Well, I would have sought clarity in the investor questions, but I don't think I would have gotten enough up votes on say for what do you define as wide? It would have come across as too vague
28:07Uh so, it's one of my curses as a time traveler
28:09I cannot disclose [laughter] too much
28:12I do believe that that going into 12 states is pretty wide, but I suspect by wide he means uh Cheyenne, Wyoming
28:22I I assume he means I assume [clears throat] he means >> too
28:24Exactly
28:24Uh and also the way I interpreted it was 14.3 is not good enough
28:30That's why you're seeing one car two Zs
28:34There needs to be a new another version
28:36And that's the part that he didn't explain
28:37And then so it's either that explanation or the explanation like before you got to 12 states or the other explanation is what you're saying, which is uh my initial explanation, which was uh interpretation, which is there's 12 states and then before we go wide, like global and go go go
28:54That will require 15
28:59Maybe
28:59I don't know
29:01Okay
29:01Wow, thank you for walking me through all of that
29:04That was important
29:05This is FSD
29:05This is cyber cap
29:05This is robo taxi
29:08That's the most important thing that you need to be following right now for Tesla investors, right? So
29:14>> Well, I'm glad I could help you, Herbert
29:16It's It's, you know, I do my best
