00:02Welcome back to Crypto's Are Us
00:04I'm George, we're all George
00:08Welcome to another market open stream
00:12Today, unfortunately, we're opening up in the red for US markets and for Bitcoin and crypto
00:17So, is the flush over, and what is causing it? Let's talk about it
00:22All right, buzzing it, let's talk about it
00:27Okay, let's do it, guys
00:32Welcome, welcome, welcome
00:38We are, unfortunately, starting out the day below $84,000, right around $83,400, which is almost $3,000 lower than yesterday
00:43So, unfortunately, we were not able to break $87,000 once again
00:49The bears and shorts are putting up a tough fight at $87,000, and shorts are putting up a tough fight at it
00:55But it's all lost
00:59Did we lose the war? No, we lost a small battle
01:02As you can see, when zoomed out a little bit, we..
01:07are simply going sideways
01:12And we're still well within the range that we've been in since mid-September, something like that, right? So that is the bottom line
01:17Unfortunately, we did lose a little momentum, and we had a pretty big liquidation event
01:23Unfortunately, that always happens whenever we have a small fall because there are too many people playing with too much crazy leverage
01:35So that is the bottom line
01:21Unfortunately, we did lose
01:29But as you can see today, the U.S
01:38market opened up in the red
01:46Dow, S&P, Nasdaq—all in the red today
01:49Not good, there are some macro fears causing some of this
01:54The biggest one probably is that there will be another bond sale because that's..
02:07What the U.S
02:21government does with our notes and bonds—the rates are sky-high, the highest in the last 20, 30, 40 years—and that's because people are worried about all the macroeconomic issues, like inflation, the trade deficit, and our irresponsible spending, the war, rising oil prices, you name it
02:34People aren't feeling so good about holding dollars, so the U.S
02:40government is going to have a bond sale
02:46I guess this is important because if no one shows up to buy those I.O.U.s, the rates are going to go even higher, as they will keep lifting rates until it becomes attractive enough for other countries or funds to start buying
03:03Sometimes, you show up at a sale and no one's There to buy, I think that's what the U.S., the Wall Street, that's what they're afraid of—that things may escalate and get even worse, and that would be no good, no good
03:20And it's everywhere; it's everywhere
03:37Look at even the IMF, the most hated bank on the planet, telling France, "You better do something about your bond rates." It's telling France, "You better do something about your bond rates." It's the same thing all over the place—Spain, the UK, Japan—everyone is having the same problem because everyone's financial system is built pretty much the same way
03:54Issue as much money as you want, issue as much bonds as you want, keep racking up the debt, and keep racking up the debt
03:59Keep racking up the debt and keep racking up
04:01The deficit, right? Pretend like there's no consequences
04:12That's why it's all kind of not looking so good right now everywhere
04:20So, that's what—today's just one of those days
04:29This is one of those days: trade deficit, the tariffs are enacted; instead of decreasing the deficit, it seems to have widened a little bit
04:33I don't know why
04:38And you know, this whole thing with Iran is still ongoing
04:42Rubio says they missed multiple chances for a deal, okay, and they're still not taking it
04:48And that's where we are
04:53Oil is still going up, still elevated
04:59Diesel prices, gas prices sky high
05:06And, you know, none of this is good, and all together, it seems kind of scary
05:11This is why we have Bitcoin, right? Or assets—this is why
05:23Holding assets, uh, this is why holding assets is important, because it seems like—I don't know—it's been said for a while, but it does seem like more people are now recognizing it, even though there are some very famous people like Ray Dalio who have been saying this for a long time
05:41Maybe they cried wolf a little too early, and they've been saying that the destruction or death of the financial system is coming
05:47Robert Kiyosaki has been saying this for decades, too
05:53So it's kind of like 'boy who cried wolf,' and people are, you know, just not paying attention
05:58But now it seems like more people are paying attention
06:03There's just so much going on, and it's hard to ignore how our deficit keeps growing by a couple trillion every..
06:07It's been about a year now
06:11It's really hard to ignore that, and you know, one day it's all going to crumble down
06:15That's why we're in Bitcoin and why we're holding assets, because when it collapses, dollars are going to be quite less valuable than they are now
06:31But hopefully, that's not anytime soon, because that would get really ugly, really, really ugly
06:43 Alright, going back to Bitcoin and crypto, all this scariness is what caused Bitcoin to go down, okay? And this had a lot to do with it
06:55 Going back to Bitcoin, liquidations—mostly with Ethereum this time—led by Ethereum, a huge amount, 230 million dollars, 35% of the overall share
07:0030 million, 35% of the overall share
07:06Bitcoin was only 24.5%, but overall, close to 700 million
07:12Millions of dollars worth of shorts, almost all of it on the long side
07:17Unfortunately, see, here's the thing: we went down three percent
07:23We went down three percent; some of the falls may have been a little bit more
07:28So unless you are holding, I don't know, 20x, 30x, 50x, or 100x leverage, you'd be down, but you wouldn't be liquidated
07:38So this just goes to show you how many people play with crazy, irresponsible leverage
07:44Right, so unfortunately, when you have a big long squeeze like this, you're going to get pushed down
07:55Right, and that's just—look at that
07:59Unfortunately, that's what happened
08:02I mean, a big drop, we cleared all that leverage, and now we're hanging right around here
08:06I mean, the good thing is now there's leverage to the upside to clear out
08:16Which are the shorts, and you can see this is the reason why we're not able to break 87
08:21All this up here, a solid yellow line, there are a lot of buy orders up there, and this is just with leverage and liquidations
08:32But if you look at, like, the order books and the sell walls, they're massive
08:40They're really substantial
08:48That may be something I add to AskClash—maybe that's something we're actually missing—and we'll see if I can figure out how to add that; that would be cool to see
08:55But that's the reason why we're not able to break 87 right now
08:59There are a lot of shorts and bears, and sellers right around 87, and we're waiting to break it
09:05But unfortunately, we liquidated a lot to the downside
09:09But it's okay
09:13We'll get past this, we always do
09:17We got very good things to look forward to
09:23Uh, Robinhood said they added 25 million worth of Bitcoin to their balance sheet, that's awesome
09:28So you still have the Bitcoin treasury company still adding, but even a few new ones, you know, are adding, which is good
09:37Uh, like I said at the beginning, we fell down but are still well within our local range
09:42It's not like we broke down in any huge significant way, just a little bit, according to this
09:53Yeah, we're still within range, we're still doing our steady stepping
10:00It is still October, although it's early
10:06This is the first week we haven't made any significant pumps yet, but there's still time
10:12Merlin, a pullback is good, and we have always done this
10:21And you know, a lot of times we..
10:27Follow that nasty Wyckoff pattern, which is just a pattern for these whales to accumulate more
10:32They like to play their whale games, as I used to say, and then afterward, that's when they let things go and we recover again
10:42We see that very, very often
10:51And if you look at this, it looks exactly like the Wyckoff pattern on top, which is a little bit hard to see here
10:56Hopefully, that helps
11:01You can see that it looks very, very similar
11:05So what do you do about this? You ignore the volatility, ignore the FUD, and continue
11:09So what do you do about that? Hold on
11:13That's it
11:17That's really it
11:22Don't try to out-trade or outsmart the market; it doesn't work
11:27It leads to, at least, this — unfortunately, liquidation
11:33Tom Lee is still doing that
11:39Accumulating ETH and says that once he gets five percent, that's it, that's his hard cap
11:43He's not going to go any higher; he's not going to try to accumulate ten percent or more
11:49He probably could, I mean, assuming how fast he accumulates up to five, but you know, at ten percent, it's just too much
11:59Okay, people are going to start talking, even the ETH maximalists are probably going to feel very uncomfortable around ten percent with one company holding that much
12:06He'll feel very uncomfortable around ten percent with one company holding that much, right? So I think that's a good target, a good goal
12:12But what does he go do afterward? I mean, he's turned BitMine into a treasury company, right? Like, treasury companies are supposed to accumulate
12:19Maybe he'll start lending it out or doing other services
12:23I don't know
12:26But until then, he's going to keep on accumulating
12:30He is still in the red, however, until Yeet gets back to maybe like 3,000
12:34Until it gets back to maybe like 3,000, he's not going to see green
12:36But again, if October continues, that could easily happen
12:42What else? The Winklevoss have filed for a Zcash ETF on Nasdaq
12:48They're calling it the Wink and Gemini is the custodian, and they're putting up a hundred million dollars of their own money
12:55So they're trying to hop on the bandwagon, so to speak
13:03Hopefully it still continues, because a lot of times when you hear stuff like this, that's when the top is in
13:10I just don't know how much interest there is from Wall Street
13:16There for a Zcash ETF, but you know, if they succeed, we'll see
13:22All right, uh, last two things
13:26I had no idea, but Pudgy Penguins had their own Layer 2 called Abstract, and they just declared that they are shutting down
13:38Okay, so after losing tens of millions of dollars, they decided that it was enough
13:43They didn’t want to raise any more funds, they didn’t want to do anything else, they just went ahead and shut it down
13:49And this comes at the heels of another Layer 2 called BLAST that just shut down too
13:57Comes at the heels of another Layer 2
13:57So, unfortunately, that is happening
14:04We hear about exchanges shutting down, and now you're hearing about Layer 2 solutions shutting down
14:10So, this is the consequence of the Crypto Winter, I guess, and not allocating your treasury properly
14:23Correctly or maybe overspending, and you run out? That's what happens, right? Budget Penguins—they're out of T's
14:30I don't know if they're still hot; I'm assuming so
14:37They were spending money left and right, sponsoring all the conferences and these huge parties and events
14:45They kind of took over as the de facto NFT brand, but I have no idea how they're doing these days, no idea
14:52Alright, that's about it
14:57The U.S
15:03market still isn't looking that hot today, unfortunately
15:09We went down a little more; we're at $83,000, down almost four percent
15:13ETH is down to $2,500, unfortunately not able to hold above $2,700
15:19Sold out at $1,150, not able to hold the $1,200s, but as you can see, we're clearly within range
15:28Okay, haven't formed a..
15:37No bottom or anything like that, but we are retracing a little bit today, down about six percent overall
15:42Today is not a good day
15:47I'm looking at my watch list here, nothing here is really green
15:52Robinhood is down, Coinbase is down, SpaceX is down, yeah, AMD's down, Intel's down, everything's down
16:04Suey's down, Suey's down almost eight percent
16:08Too many liquidations going on—that's the bottom line
16:14Too much being liquidated, too many fearful people
16:20That's the way it is
16:30That's why people on Clashpad are still holding, at least the smart ones
16:36And that's why rewards keep going up, almost 1,130, so paid out quite a lot, even more than a hundred tokens since yesterday, when I..
16:55Covered this, people are still loving Clashpad, still loving the projects, especially Clashpad, still loving the projects, especially the creators
17:00Discord is popping
17:05If you haven't joined, you should, and just check it out
17:20All right, let's do some Q&A
17:35I am Green Cyborg
17:49I asked, should you still self-custody? Why not? Why would you not self-custody? You don't have to go all in; you don't have to be fully self-custody
17:56It can feel very uncomfortable, though
18:03It really comes down to just securing your, you know, your seed phrase, I guess, and using a reputable company or a wallet from a reputable company
18:10Um, yeah, I mean, like, look at Binance, right? They got hacked
18:18They don't have enough to go around, so some people will
18:22Lose money
18:25Um, so with exchanges, you gotta be careful
18:29You gotta trust the big ones, the ones that you know have enough insurance or enough funds to cover
18:33So, I mean, uh, you just gotta be careful all around
18:38Uh, versus, he says, my goal is to own four percent of CW supply
18:46Keep going
18:54Why not? Why not? I just find it funny that, you know, there are a lot of people, probably again bots and people that are not on ClashPad
19:01They're just buying and trading, and sometimes large amounts
19:05I mean, I just find it funny that they don't realize they're losing so much to the fees
19:10They probably think it's just regular slippage, and they don't even recognize it
19:16But their slippage, and they don't even recognize it
19:17But, um, but yeah, all those fees, that's why we have so much
19:21To distribute, you know, I—I know that when we're a small project, launchpad—these have only been out for three months, I mean three weeks—but these larger launchpads have like 10x, 20x, 100x, 1,000x volume compared to ours, man
19:43I can't even fathom what kind of fees they're pulling in, and it's all due to bot traders, all these bots—these pesky bots—that keep trying to scalp, right? I don't know if they're successful or not; maybe after a million trades, they are in the green
19:54But we'll take it, we'll take it
20:05It's what's driving all the rewards, and all the people that are holding are getting rewarded every single day, and it's substantial, it's adding up
20:16And after, we haven't even been a month, but I..
20:23I can't imagine after six months, after 12 months, what kind of volume and rewards we'll be pulling then
20:27Scratch off October just because of one day, okay? Even if we have three bad weeks until October and we get saved the last week, it's still October
21:20That's usually what happens, but it's still early, okay? Let's not get all depressed because we fell down a little bit
21:30You could clearly see we're within range; we couldn't break to the upside, got too many, too many, too many sell walls and liquidation walls right around 87
21:47You could see that right there; we'll crack it, cracking eventually
21:53Do you think Chainlink has the potential to be in the top five? It does, but it probably will never have the potential to be top
22:02It's just um, I don't know what it is
22:08It's not an L2, although they do have their own L2 for messaging
22:15I think all the projects are in the top 10 if you take out the stablecoins
22:26You know, they're all going to end up being L1s or L2s because that's where the volume is
22:31That's where they have the greatest utility, I guess they're the operating system on which the dApps live
22:36Maybe Coinbase is an exception because they are such a large trading platform
22:47I have no idea
22:53I was doing some research recently, and you could utilize, you know, they kind of white-label their platform liquidity, so anyone could build a perpetual decentralized exchange or perpetual trading platform using their system
23:04I didn't know this, but Phantom Wallet is the biggest
23:16Most people don't realize this, but in Phantom Wallet, you can bring up a web page GUI from it
23:20Most people don't do it; they just use the wallet GUI built into Phantom, or they use Chrome or their phone
23:24But Phantom has its own perpetual trading platform, and I was doing some research
23:29They made over 20 million dollars just by offering that feature
23:35That's because they added a fee, but then Hype takes their own fees as well
23:40Hype is just generating money at an unprecedented scale right now, so maybe someone like that could be in the top 10
23:52I think they were, unless they've fallen out of that position
23:55I believe they still are, but I think everyone else is just going to be..
23:59Like layers, yeah, they just fell out, they just fell out
24:07They were, well, actually, if you discount stablecoins, I think they're still in the top 10
24:12Yeah, no, uh, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven
24:15Yeah, they are
24:18My bad
24:21Yeah, they are
24:24To go back to the original question of whether Chainlink will be in the top five, no, I don't think so
24:27Joseph says he's been holding SQD since the last bull market, down 10x
24:38Is it worth continuing? What, what is, uh, what is SQD? What, what is SQD? I don't know what SQD is
24:56Uh, this—it doesn't even say the name
25:03I don't even know what this is
25:10I'm just probably going to say, yeah, it's probably not going to come back
25:16Oh, SubSquid, I see in the URL
25:28I have no idea what project that is
25:40Do you think the market will be spooked by the 10-10 massacre date? No, no one has a long
25:49Term memory, I didn't remember that until you just said it
25:58It doesn't even play into anything that I'm thinking of, so no, I think you and everyone else may be looking for reasons why something's happening, and generally speaking, it's not due to that
26:07Wall Street also has short-term memory
26:11I don't remember any of this
26:14The only reason today we're going down is this
26:17This is the only reason
26:20Okay, everything else I mentioned has been ongoing for a while
26:23I think the traders are just really afraid that the bond sale today is going to be horrible
26:28Traditionally, high bond rates are no good
26:34High bond rates usually mean that we're heading into a recession or there's some kind of collapse or something that's going to happen, a bubble
26:40Top, stuff like that
26:46So I think this is the only reason why we're down
26:50Well, I went down
26:53It's nothing to do with people remembering 10-10
26:56It has nothing to do with, like, people remembering 10-10, which isn't even a thing
27:02It just happened
27:08Will there ever be another SHIB? Well, you must not be paying attention, man
27:14You must be new here or not paying attention because..
27:19that is Clash
27:25Crypto is going to be the next big thing
27:32And who's to say we won't get even a higher market cap? Do we still call it October when the four-year cycle has changed? Well, October really has nothing to do with the four-year cycle
27:54It's really due to other macro factors
28:01Usually, October heading into the last quarter is when traditionally..
28:05Companies start making money, um, and then you got the Santa Rally, you got all these things coming up—the holidays
28:14Generally speaking, that's why
28:23Do I think Avalanche is a good project? Yes, but they made some..
28:31again, Crypto Winter hit a lot of people very hard
28:37It hit Avalanche very, very hard indeed
28:42Um, but I think they have that name recognition
28:47They're still involved with a lot of things, and I think they have that name right
28:47They still have a large treasury, although I'm not sure, but they should be able to recover
28:53Their fan base is big, a large community, and they're working with institutions like banks with RWA
29:04I haven't heard much about that recently, but I remember JP Morgan was working with them
29:10Or testing out the Avalanche chain, so yeah, JP Morgan was working with them or testing out the Avalanche chain
29:15I showed a preview of CDW yesterday; it probably got buried
29:44If you're not following Clashpad or Ask Clash, you should
29:56First of all, let's see if I can find that
30:02Yeah, so this is a preview from yesterday
30:10I have the game pretty much 50% complete, but, you know, this is what it's looking like
30:20We have billboards, and the idea in Discord is to circulate—you can sell the billboards, sell them as ad space in the game, which actually would make a lot of sense
30:30But, you know, here are some of the graphics, which I think look amazing, and we have something like this
30:37Building destruction, which is something completely new
30:43Fire is looking good; the city is looking good, although I'm still making improvements upon it
30:50You know, it's going to be a good game, and CW3 will be the crypto that will be used for all in-game transactions, so that's what I'm working on 24/7
31:17I'm just going to repost this
31:26Do you think ADA can make a Solana-type comeback? Remember when Solana dropped 10%, will ADA do something similar? Yeah, ADA does that every single crypto winter
32:08They always fall to some low, then recover back up
32:14ADA is one that I think will never disappoint—unless Charles Hoskinson leaves
32:18That's the only thing
32:24If he leaves, it's like Elon leaving Tesla
32:30It will collapse, so as long as he doesn't leave and he stays strong and leads the community, Cardano will always come back
32:35I just don't see the community is weak, and you can't really get Cardano people out of the ecosystem; they're stubborn in a good way
32:46Now they're all trying to move to Midnight; they're all, although many of them don't realize why, they're just doing it because it's the new thing
32:56But yeah, Sean, just stop thinking so much, okay? Just stop, just stop thinking so much
33:14Charles said he has no control over ADA; he's not really the official leader of the project
33:24That's 100% BS
33:27A hundred, a thousand, a million percent BS
33:31First of all, he's the leader of IOHK, which..
33:34Arguably, he is the most important faction, I guess, that's controlling ADA
33:40It's the most important faction, I guess, that's controlling ADA
33:45Everyone listens to him
33:50If he said on a podcast tomorrow, I'm leaving Cardano, I'm not going to support it, I'm not going to develop anything for it
33:53Watch Cardano's price; it'll tank like 90%
33:57So, this thing about him having no control is nonsense
34:00He has it whether he likes it or not
34:06I mean, I get why he would say that because he has it whether he likes it or not
34:12He's been pushing for complete decentralization of Cardano for a long time, and he has moved in that direction
34:19That was one of the steps he wanted to do, and I think he completed it
34:27And there's like three factions in Cardano
34:36Foundation Emergo, and then IOHK—I don't know if it's spread to the, what do you call it? Not the pools, but like where you stake
34:45Yeah, if it's like the staking pools, I don't know if they spread out the governance there
34:50But regardless, he is the man
35:13He's the Cardano man
35:36Double shot energy, zero sugar, with B vitamins, ginseng, and guarana
35:59I think I'm going to have jitters after this
36:04If I have too much caffeine without eating something, I get jittery
36:10So hopefully this doesn't happen
36:16Well, if it's a double shot, that means there are two shots of caffeine
36:22Probably should not finish this
36:31How long do you think stocks and bond yields will continue rising at the same time? Not very long, and it's selective
36:42Normally speaking, when bond yields are sky-high, stock markets are not doing well
36:48Right now, the stock market is being carried by tech and AI
36:52Right now, stock market..
36:57So that's why a lot of people are fearful that if that stops, the whole market will crash
37:01But the money is there
37:05Everyone's just putting money into it
37:08So I think that has something to do with it, where they're just sucking out all the money
37:13I mean, why would it not? Why, why would it not? If you're an investor, you put money into sectors that make the most money, right? And the tech sector, which is mostly comprised of AI projects and initiatives now, and infrastructure, they're making money hand over fist
37:19I mean, they're not lying
37:25The..
37:31Quarterly reports are all astronomical, so that doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon
37:37If you're an investor, you put money where
37:18But outside of tech and AI, it does seem like everything else is not doing well, and that correlates with a high bond yield
37:57Well, the 24-hour rate went down a little bit, so that's good, but yeth is still very high
38:38And Bitcoin, no one should be liquidated right now or should be getting liquidated unless you're doing like 100x leverage
38:48I was thinking about that, you know, I just got done saying how much Phantom made off of HyperLiquid
38:58I was thinking if I was going to build a next product for Clash, it would be some kind of leverage system for Clash, for ClashPad
39:08Projects, but I don't know if it's worth it
39:19You know, I could say a million times that people are going to trade
39:24People are going to, people love trading
39:28It's kind of an addiction, right? So that could be something that I work on next, but I'm still trying to think of more DGEN stuff for Clashpad
39:34But I'm still trying to think
39:40We already have like DGEN POT, DGEN BUY, which are somewhat successful
39:44I don't think anyone's really using DGEN BUY, which I figure more people would be using
39:48But DGEN POT, you know, every so often we get one or two souls in there, and one is closing in 48 minutes—eight minutes now
39:52I'm trying to think of more DGEN stuff
39:58Yeah, it's tough
40:04It's tough
40:09Do I think Polkadot is a long-term play or crap? If I had to lean… More towards crap than long-term play, it doesn't mean that's 100% crap
40:27It's just I would lean more that way
40:34I wouldn't hold Polkadot
40:41I'd rather hold ETH
40:48I'm loving my Tim Hortons maple-flavored ground coffee
40:54Are you from Canada? Yeah, I guess you are
41:04The only thing better is syrup I get from my Canadian maple tree
41:07Yeah
41:10Tell me you're Canadian without saying you're Canadian
41:12Maple, maple-flavored ground coffee
41:15For ground coffee, not something I look forward to trying
41:23Here's the idea
41:31I'll just share it
41:34I don't know
41:38You guys tell me if this is a good idea
41:42I was thinking last night about creating something called Degen, Degen of the Day, so any AskClash account that's..
41:52Registered and buying—I mean, their wallets are registered and buying any of the coins from Clashpad
41:58We'll measure it, and whoever ends up buying the most in a 24-hour span will have a start time and end time
42:09We will give a huge portion of the pot that we collect as a platform
42:17So, I don't know, I was thinking like up to five Solana or something like that
42:22It's pretty substantial
42:27I don't know if that's what caused more people to buy or not, so you guys tell me if that's a good idea
42:32Something like rewarding the person who buys the most at the end of the day, every day
42:37If the AI bubble pops while the US is sitting at record-high debt, what kind of economic shockwave do you think? We'll see? Pretty bad, like the dot-com bubble, probably even worse than the dot-com bubble
43:07So, that is assuming that everything collapses, like everything collapses
43:19Okay, we're talking about every tech company, every AI company collapsing
43:24I just don't see that
43:30We can have a short-term sell-off; we saw that earlier this year, and we could definitely see that, which can be pretty bad already
43:36But a whole bubble pop, I just don't see it
43:41Okay, so no one's really commenting on Degen of the Day, the Degen of the Day, so I guess it's not a good idea, although I think that's a pretty good idea because most people are buying anyway, so why not have a competition? Yeah, Nvidia, Nvidia's, you know, they can't keep any..
44:17GPU's zero, so I mean, can they be overvalued? Yes, but are they like a company with no revenue? No, that's just simply untrue
44:29Same thing with—are they like a company with no revenue? Every other big tech giant now, that they're involved in AI, they're just selling out every service, everything
44:40The revenue and profits are sky-high, so it's not the same as..
44:50Okay, I need to do some tweaking
45:00What's the tweaking? I can't even build my labs because of AI
45:09Everything's too expensive
45:18What labs? Like a physical lab? Like a research lab? Scientific lab? I can't even build my labs because of AI
45:27Everything's too expensive
45:24Yeah, companies will not collapse
45:43I think the last month has proven how far ahead..
45:46I think the last month..
45:48It has proven how far ahead Anthropic is versus the Chinese companies
45:55It's very, very overrated, very overrated
46:02They have come a long way by basically distilling Anthropic's models, okay, and that's how they caught up
46:08But to be a frontier lab that pushes the models forward, you have to have access to so many GPUs, so many data centers, so much money
46:19The gap is so wide; it's like Anthropic models are so good now that even OpenAI can't catch up, and that tells you something
46:32Obai is number two, and as they were lagging for a while, then all of a sudden, OpenAI lost ground, and I think that gap is going to be even wider soon
46:41And all the Chinese companies stopped coming out with models for some reason
46:46There's something
46:50There's something brewing
46:54I think Anthropic now knows when they're being distilled, and they shut it down
46:59That's why you don't see any advancements from the Chinese AI companies right now
47:05They all, it's all proven, Kimmy and GLM and all of them, DeepSeek, all they were doing was distilling Anthropic models
47:12So Anthropic figured out how to stop it; their advancements basically just stopped
47:19And that's exactly what happened
47:25In the last month, not one of them came out with a new model, which is very strange because the month before that, every single day—like every two days—you saw a new model come out
47:30So there's something going on
47:34I don't know what it is, but I..
47:38I think Anthropic figured out how to stop people from—I don't know what it is—distilling
47:38I attended Sui Base Camp this morning, and now the trend is building private hardware to keep data confidential, so the hardware stock will continue to boom
48:00Well, hardware will always need a boom
48:05Well, hardware will always boom, you always need some kind of hardware, right? Whether it's in what you just said, or for AI infrastructure
48:07I don't know if the trend is building private hardware to keep data confidential
48:18Why? So AI can't distill it? Like, I don't get it
48:24That's always been a security thing
48:29But I don't know
48:35I don't know
48:40Calf says, I think giving the highest buyer more..
48:45Rewards for holders while taking some percentage from the rest of the Clash holders can be the turn in the long run
48:49It doesn't make sense
48:53I think giving the highest buyer more Solana rewards
48:57I think giving the highest buyer—no, it's just a cash prize
49:00It's a Solana prize that has nothing to do with Clash
49:08The flywheel effect is still kicking
49:12It's almost 3 million Clash
49:17And that's another thing: that people are trading, selling, and trading Clash right now
49:21Trading Clash right now is kind of stupid; the flywheel effect is happening, the ClashPad
49:22Even it's kind of stupid
49:24But the flywheel effect is half
49:26If the volume does not increase from here and just stays at the same level for the next year, it's already set to buy up at least
49:37Five to six percent of the overall supply, at our current volume, the volume doubles, then it's on pace to buy 10, 12% of the supply in one year
49:53If the volume goes up 10x, which I think it will over the next year, then think about it
50:05It's going to be buying up
50:11I mean, obviously, the Clash price will go up while it's doing that, but it's going to be buying up to like 50% of the supply
50:17The flywheel effect is huge
50:24People may not recognize that now or see it now because you still have too many bots that are trying to trade all the time, but Clash is in a good spot
50:30Right now, it's just more marketing
50:39Now it's about getting other influencers involved
50:47Spreading the word about Clashpad, getting more people to know what we're doing, what we're offering, and how we're more legit and rewarding for users
50:52Now it's about getting other influencers involved
50:57So that's what I'm working on
51:02We actually have some marketing budget now because the platform is making some money
51:05Brandon Jones asked if the dollar's decline would be inflated
51:27Why would investors sell off assets to hold a dollar? Because, short term, no matter how bad inflation is, short-term cash is king
51:32There will always be panic sellers—they want cash so they can take advantage of dips
51:39So that is true
51:47If the dollar is Declining at a crazy rate, where even selling wouldn't make any sense, then yet it would stop
51:51But we're not there yet
51:56There are some countries that deal with hyperinflation
52:00Their cash literally burns in front of them every night
52:06It burns in front of them every night, and if they don't spend it, it becomes that much less valuable the next day
52:09And if they don't—hopefully we never get to that point, but the way things are going with our spending, our deficit, and everything else—I don't know, maybe it will happen someday
52:27Hopefully not, at least not within our lifetime or our kids' lifetime, but maybe their kids' lifetime
52:33Alright, that's pretty much it
53:00Bull trading platform, Webull, China ties create national security risk, congressional panel fines stock drops 18
53:09Well, that's no good
53:18But yeah, in case you're wondering why things are going down today, it's probably due to this
53:27The investors are wary about this bond sale, afraid that it's probably due to this
53:32The bond is going to be horrendous, and it could be
53:34I don't see how it could be good, and rates will probably continue to go up, which is no good for markets overall
53:38But this is why we need to hold assets like Bitcoin and ClashPad
53:43All right, guys, have a good one
53:49Go check out ClashPad, learn more about it, how the rewards work, and what some of the coins are
53:55People doing a lot of good things, go into our Discord, communicate with other members
54:05All the links are in the description of this video
54:05Have a good one, take care.
